I look forward to my appointments and love coming to the office! The front staff are welcoming and kind. I cant say enough about my hygienist, June. She is sweet, funny, and extremely thorough. I leave the office always having learned something new about oral health and a greater confidence in taking care of my teeth. Dr. Rich is also equally great and knowledgeable. Dr. Rich and everyone on his team are excellent, skilled, friendly and professional! I've had some crowns done and am very happy with the experience. The hygienists do an outstanding job of cleaning my teeth. The office staff and receptionists are great at sending appointment reminders and clearly explaining any insurance and charges. My family and I have been patients of Dr. Rich for over a decade. He is compassionate, very thorough, great listener and never one to push for any treatment/ procedure if not necessary. We have extreme trust in his judgement!
His staff is very caring, easy to talk with and accommodating and, when applicable, will always explain upfront the costs of procedures and treatments before you even get started. We love Dr. Rich!

Dr Rich is always amazing. He is professional, knowledge and honestly tells you if treatments are needed. Kristina his hygienist is very competent and yet gentle on my mouth. Thank you Dr Rich and staff for outstanding dentistry.

Staff is very friendly, clear, and communicative about any details within your appointments. Also, at least with my experience here and my mothers, we both agree that the hygienists here are much more gentle and respectful about pain and simply just being not super rough around your gums like some other dentists have done in the past. This places people seems like they actually take pride in what they do and are able to do it respectfully and professionally.

I have been going to see Dr. Rich and his staff for many years! This is top notch dentistry, I feel welcomed and taken care of. The front staff and Dental assistants are so friendly and amazing.
