Walked in to get a shake, they don't make shakes but the man was so nice to point us to a place that does make shakes.

Sadly enough the customer service at OSN doesn't compare.

We will be back to see you Power Nutrition. Thank you for awesome customer service. It's rare these days and when I get good service I make sure to give kudos. Keep it up.

TERRIBLE SERVICE...This place does not honor what they have on their website! They say they don't offer refunds, which is cool i didn't want my money I wanted a product that worked. Not a product that gets me sick and you have the nerve to tell me its my body getting used to it? Thats insulting sir because you werent there nor are you a Dr thats witnessed what happen to me..

Now all i wanted to do was an exchange like how their website suggested. Thats totally bogus and they wont honor it. Because they have no honor. The product smells like pills were crushed into it. This cant even mix all the way even with double water added.. while having a god awful taste that ruined my stomach..

These folks seem nice at first but make sure you do research first before buying anything from them! Otherwise you going to regret your purchase with almost anything they have.

Love this place. Rob is the only guy I trust for supplements. Super knowledgeable and won't upsell BS that doesn't work. He's got great advice on diets, exercises, and supplement cycles. And if you catch him while it's slow, he's a great chat!

Not all supplements are created equal and for the same person. I came in with pretty high demands and he got me a product for eveything. About a week so far and I feel great!!!!!! Just stumbled upon this store and it would be a safe assumption that I found my go to spot for supps for now. Good prices for a brick and mortar and they have a good selection of products you won't find at other big box chains and even if you do they will price match them. What really made me enjoy this store was the staff member. She was very knowledgeable about their product lines and their ingredients which I don't see very often in other stores.
