I recently visited with my wife. The place is fairly clean and the t.v.' s helped occupy peoples attention as they wait. My wife was seen in a reasonable amount of time and the staff was friendly. My primary complaint would be in its location. Having it on the 2nd floor is a bit inconvenient for those with foot problems. Other than that, the visit was a success.

my father in law went here for his ingrown... people that works here are very helpful and always smiles... DR cook is very nice and shows her expertise. my dad love her because she makes sure that her pts are comfortable and explained all the procedure and results of all the test... will definitely give more than 5 stars for this clinic if i can...

MISERABLE CARE. AWFUL COMMUNICATION. My aged father suffers from dementia and is unable to advocate for himself. He was brought in to see Dr Ehler for foot fungus and in grown toe nails, etc. My father experiences pain in both of his feet. Not only did Dr. Ehler do NOTHING to ease his acute pain, she convinced me that ordering medication from a compound pharmacy would be more effective than the oral medication - which happened to cost more $$$. I agreed to the compound pharmacy medication - which did nothing to treat my father's condition. While I accept the notion that not all medications can fix a problem- there is no excuse for the poor communication. When I called the office to request the 'typical medication' that would have been covered by insurance... by the way, try calling the office - no human answers and you are subjected to a miserable phone tree that will eventually disconnect. When I texted - then eventually called back (days later) and I was told my father would need liver enzyme tests before getting the recommended med. WHY was this not brought to my attention before? Does this office benefit from sending patients to compound pharmacies? Whatever the case may be - they have lost my trust. I am a medical provider myself and I find the positive reviews impossible to believe.

Every one was very nice, and accommodating. Dr Ripp was prompt and on-time. I didn’t feel rushed, and he answered my concerns with options and follow up steps

Dr Hook was very personable. He took the time and was detailed in explaining to me my situation. I was very satisfied with his performance.

I took my mother to see Dr. Nuvpreet Bhandal for her shoulder injury. However, he did not examine her hand and just stood by the door. He asked us to get another X-ray and come back after a month. Why not order an X-ray before the first visit so there is something he can look at?
When he gave us the order for an X-ray, he ordered it for the right hand, but my mother had broken her left hand. This meant we had to go back again to correct the mistake and get another order, but he forgot to sign the second order! They don’t answer phone calls!

Furthermore, Dr. Bhandal promised to prescribe painkillers for my mother but he didn't. I wouldn't recommend him based on my experience.

No one has called me yet! Your staff members are insulting! I talked to Brenda, and the customer service was worse! I'm waiting for the supervisor to call me back!! I will update this review! Wait for more
