This practice is staffed by a bunch of delightful tooth nerds. Dr Vivian and Lupe spent most time with me, but I also met with Drs B and D and their support staff, and every one of them was professional, friendly, and super happy to work with patients and answer questions. At the front desk, Nirvana goes out of her way to make scheduling easy and files insurance claims for the patient. Parking is easy, the office is clean and cheerful, I never had to sit in the waiting room, and Vroman's bookstore is within walking distance. Before becoming a patient here I absolutely dreaded dentists, and now I don't mind at all. Oh and they offer fluffy blankets if you get chilly and Dr Vivian takes playlist requests. Best dentist experience ever!

Dr. B is one of the most authentic and professionally competent person I have met. I made an appointment to fill some holes in my teeth. Although they were not bothersome, I didn't want it to become a bigger issue later on. He took his time to explain what is and not medically necessary and provided me with solid advice that was less intrusive to my long term dental health. Even if that solid advice takes away business from him, he is more interested in the wellbeing of his patients rather than short-term profit. He took the time to let me know the least expensive and most practical way to maintain my dental health and my cosmetic concerns. I am very grateful that he is my dentist and I hope he continues to thrive professionally and personally.

I definitely had a great experience at Prestige Dental. Starting with the staff, they were all very friendly and welcoming. I honestly wished I made them my primary dentist sooner. They explained everything to me very clearly. The doctor went over my teeth x-rays with me and it definitely felt like they genuinely care about their patients. I am very happy to have come here and I will 100% recommend this place to all my family, friends and acquaintances.

Great dental care and super nice staff. I always get detailed information about the process, the state of my teeth, and what I can do to improve my dental hygiene. They don't push you for services that you don't really need, but are happy to help if you are interested in something specific. Everyone is so nice, it makes even getting your teeth cleaned a pleasant experience 🙂

Dr. B and his staff are awesome. I am recently paralyzed and they made accommodations to do my cleaning. I had my reclining wheelchair and the hygienist did my cleaning while standing up the whole time. I offered to transfer into their dental chair to make it easier for them but they told me to stay in my wheelchair. Even before my injury I liked going here.

Dr B is a great, friendly and very informative and honest dentist and his hygienic and desk staff have always been top notch as well. Was recommended here by a couple of friends from work and I have sent friends since. Doesn't take my insurance anymore though, very sad, otherwise would have been with them forever

Every time I come back to the States to have my dental cleaning done, Dr. B makes my "Pasadena Day": his team of dental hygienists have always been great, and Dr. B is a sensitive dentist who knows how to relate to patients and make them feel they are always in great hands; I have had my share of great dentists to mention in both LA and New York, now I love flying back to Pasadena every year to get my dental exam done by Dr. B when I am due for one.

Do not ever go anywhere where someone won't give you a price before they do any work. It's a simple practice. The dentist doesn't want you to get prices until a consultation so he has u locked in and invested...and posibly find out similar extraction would cost half across the street or down the street. If you dont over charge. U should have no problem practicing fair pricing over the phone. And if you are fair and any good at all...u would have no problems people flooding your office to have work done. 🙁
