There are not enough good things I can say about this dental office and the experience you have when coming here. From the moment I arrived the customer service was top notch. Both Kurt and Desiree were top notch. Very communicative, you knew what was happening and why. Everything was set up and ready to go when the dentist came in and the Dr was also fantastic. Very thorough yet quick and very clear about the procedure. The Dr and his staff made my dentist experience a good one. Highly recommend!!!

First off, I would give 10 stars if I could. Dr. Azer and his staff are very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Not to mention, the office is very clean and inviting. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist in the IE. I usually don’t like going to any dentist, I get anxious and I feel like crap. This dental office makes you feel comfortable once you walk in, they even have a “comfort menu”

Dr Azer explained everything to me before he started and went through it step by step. His work is amazing and I didn’t even feel anything. His office called the next day to follow up on my treatment which I thought was very thoughtful.

I found this dentist through Facebook when I was searching for an honest and professional place to go. I have partials and have struggled with my insecurities which caused me to avoid the dentist for years. I had my partials for over 15 years and was way over due in replacing them but had a hard time finding a good place to go to. I tried once and got scammed out of $1,000s of dollars. Well lucky I found Prime Smile Dental. Their office setting is so comfortable and their staff is super professional. Dr. Azer’s person centered approach is so comforting that I have had peace of mind that I’m at the right place. All his staff is very professional, comforting and takes their time to make sure I feel comfortable with my treatment and process. Prices so far have been reasonable and affordable. Dr. Azer is very knowledgeable, honest and patient. He truly cares about his patients. Leslie and Desire (dental assistance) are very patient. They took their time to break down my treatment, the prices, the process and ensure I was comfortable the whole time. I am grateful for this practice and the staff. Give them a shot. You won’t regret it.

Prime Smile Dental is without a doubt one of the (if not THE) best dental clinics to go to. Everyone on the team is friendly, attentive, welcoming, and knowledgeable.

Dr. Michael Azer is by far the friendliest and most comforting dentist I have ever met. He explains everything thoroughly, checks in with you every step of the way and treats his patients and staff with respect and humility.
