From my very first visit, the staff made me feel welcome, understood, and genuinely cared for. Their expertise and personalized approach to treatment have been nothing short of remarkable. Through consistent therapy, I’ve experienced significant pain relief—something I hadn’t thought possible before. While I still need regular visits to maintain my progress, I am now able to do something I once feared I’d never do again: play basketball with my kids!

Great results is what you hope for. In my case I went in with a shoulder injury and have come a long way back toward full functionality and no pain.

On top of the good results, they have a very upbeat and friendly crew that take the time and effort to interact positively with each and every client.

A suggestion for improvement would be to invest in a refresh of the main area. It needs an upgrade. New lighting, furniture, flooring, more formal stations and new paint etc.

To me the results and staff were top flight. The facility is not. Why not make it a top flight experience across the board?

I've been to other physical therapy centers and done of them can measure up to Prime. It is obvious the staff cares about your progress and they are always friendly and polite. I have much more treatment needed and it all will be at Prime.

I got epocondylitis surgery on my left elbow. Was having a hard time getting better until I was sent to prime. Dr. J and his team helped a lot with the improvement in my arm. I’m able to move it again and the pain has drastically gone down. Still need some work but looking forward to going back.
