I highly recommend this group. My therapist, Melissa, who has a doctorate in physical therapy and who is a gifted, caring young woman, makes my visits so worthwhile. The program she set up for me basically cured my rotator cuff! Another therapist, Derrick, has the best massage therapy I’ve ever had. His knowledge of physiology is amazing. I must also call out a therapy aid, Miguel, who is as knowledgeable as any of the therapists there. He is right there to get you started on your exercises, making sure you are doing them correctly, always with a smile.

My therapist was Chad Rocha. With work and time there was a noticeable improvement in my functioning. Chad was efficient, professional, punctual and friendly. He definitely knows what he is doing. The front desk made it easy to schedule appointments and Mirella was always helpful and friendly. I'd you need physical therapy, this is a good place to go. : )

I had an excellent experience here. My physical therapist, Chad, took a genuine interest in how my issue was progressing and was willing to change things up when necessary. The pt assistants were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Likewise, the folks at the front desk always greeted me with a smile. The facility and equipment were clean and well maintained as well. Bottom line: I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend PRN-La Jolla to anyone in need of physical therapy.

I was lucky enough to be treated for my upper back pain by the Director of this physical therapy clinic, Yousef Ghandour, DPT. He actually *listens* to what your problem is and then specifically designs a rehab program for you. He doesn’t just do the initial assessment and then pass you off to a physical therapy aide to do the machines for the rest of your sessions, as other clinics (in my opinion). He actually saw me for at least twenty minutes at every session and did physical manipulation on my treated areas before I did an hour of the exercises with and without machines. His clinic is good-sized and well-equipped with about twenty different kinds of machines and many staff to support him. My affected area (upper back pain from a bike accident) improved with his expertise and treatment.

Chad did an excellent job with my physical therapy. Had a knee issue that he corrected in about 6 weeks. Staff are very efficient and environment was tidy and exercises were convenient. Had the app which allowed me to do additional exercises at my convenience. Highly recommend PRN

Jayme was my PT. I came in for shoulder pain during throwing. Jayme was extremely patient and explained in detail the reasons for my pain and recommended the throwers ten program over the next few months. Her suggestions and exercise routines were highly personalized and focused. Over the last few months I have greatly increased my shoulder strength and stability. I would like to thank her and the PRN PT team for helping with my recovery.

My PT provider Annette Paulson was absolutely fantastic. She carefully evaluated the problem, and suggested exercises that helped. It was very reassuring to talk to her and to understand why a particular move needs to be done a certain way. My condition improved a lot. The office staff are all very attentive and helpful. Jayme Cargnoni is an excellent doctor of physical therapy (DPT). I had a torn meniscus of the left knee and was in pain and had difficulty walking. My first visit - Jayme performed a thorough examination, evaluation, and hands on therapy. I couldn't believe it - I was pain free and walked normally after that first visit. What a difference in experience compared to 2 other PT places (same company, different locations) I've been before. Jayme, PT assistants and all staff are happy people who care about you. They work as a team to make you feel better and get well. I'm an RN by trade, and all patients must come here for PT. Highly recommend! During my follow-up visit with my orthopedic doctor, I thanked him for sending me here. Thank you Jayme, Miguel, Clarice, Diana, Riley and everyone for taking care of me.
