Proactive physical therapy is fantastic! They focus on personalized care and give each patient dedicated and effective healing treatments. They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They are mindful of each patients pain tolerance and have a great ability to balance comfort and healing. I highly recommend this facility and it's staff.

This is by far the best clinic for treatment i have ever been to!! Amy is amazing, welcoming, professional and cares about the people she’s treating. Khoa is literally the Stephen Curry of PT!! It’s night night time for pain. Everyone else there is also so friendly and helpful with anything you need. Really feels like a family when going to this location. Will definitely be coming back to this location if needed treatment again.

I have been coming to this location of pro-active for about 6 weeks now and i absolutely love it! Everyone working is so nice and has amazing energy! Ann Marie and Rob are my physical therapist and they are lovely! They listen to me and my needs and have made my healing process enjoyable! Troy, Arica, and Taylor always help me with my exercises and are all so nice to talk too! Therapy goes by fast because of these amazing people and their energy! I definitely recommend coming here for great physical therapy!

I really enjoy coming to physical therapy here. The exercises are effective in, relieving my pain and sending me up for success in the future. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are very helpful. The facility is very clean and I feel comfortable getting the care that I need here. Aarika, Troy, Khoa, Rob and Anne Marie are exceptional at their jobs creating a productive and welcoming environment. I recommend ProActive Physical therapy and the exceptional team at the mission valley location for all of your PT needs.

The team at Proactive Mission Valley has been wonderful to work with. I always feel so welcome coming in and can tell the team really enjoys working together. There is a great energy in the office! Khoa, Troy, Erica, Ann Marie, Rob, and Aimee, thank you for your care and support! I truly enjoy coming in to see you (I won’t lie tho..the massage and traction are my fave.) I can’t recommend this place enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff (Troy, Khoa, Erica and Angie) was warm, professional, and genuinely invested in my recovery. The therapists are highly knowledgeable and tailored my treatment plan to my specific needs (lower back pain). Physical therapy sessions are great and run smoothly
Arica is always really helpful and making sure time also goes by fast as well as pushing me to do better. Overall the whole team here make you feel really welcomed and one really feels Luke they are improving.
