I don’t know why this clinic gets so many good reviews. I am new to the clinic and so far my experiences have not been good.

First of all, after talking to them on the phone, I realized the clinic isn’t that good. The front desk hang up the phone on me even though I still want to talk to them. This happened twice already. The front desk people need to work together to help patients.

These days, humans use the phone to contact people all the time. I just think progeny health isn’t doing a good job with phone calls

The staff here is always fast & responsive whenever I need to reach someone. I've had multiple issues with the pharmacy that required my provider to reach out to them. I call Progeny of Westminster up & always have a solution fast & effortlessly. I appreciate the staff here so much. Not having to deal with a headache when it comes to something as important as the subject matter here means everything.

My first appointment was great. I was running late and I thought they weren’t going to see me but Angelo is an awesome dr and waited for me to see him. I wish there were more Drs like him. He is understanding and doesn’t judge always makes me feel that I have a purpose in life. He always listens to me and makes me feel better after our appointment

Progeny has given me hope for the medical industry. The three ladies I interact with (Julie and Trin up front, Carolyn as my provider) are inquisitive, empathetic, and treat me with respect I haven’t felt in over a decade of seeing these types of providers. I’ve been put on too much medications, “wrong” medications that have caused massive harm, and gaslit into believing I was resisting my mental health improvement when I voiced concerns. At progeny, they didn’t make me feel like I was a walking pathology. We worked out that it was best to go from 4 meds down to 1 as we started treatment there. My provider spent over the allotted time listening intently and asking those basic questions about my environment, lifestyle and family history that many psychiatrists don’t bother to ask. When I had small, negative effects to a generic, she suggested a medication I’d never heard of (a new brand, but she actually explained how it worked). I’m so grateful for how fast the ladies upfront got the prior authorization into my insurance. Trin, who helped me get the authorization form, mentioned she’ll be a P.A too and I know this clinic is prepping her for a long career helping people who get turned into infantilzed zombies in modern psychiatry. Everyone’s relationship to doctors and meds are different, that’s the point. They actually care about giving you the treatment and attention YOU need. -Grace

Had an issue with medication not arriving for my appointment. Miscommunication error between pharmacy and dr. Jenna Vo. Dr. Jenna Vo and the pharmacy went above and beyond their call of duty to ensure I would still receive my medication and not have to take off work again to do so. Also made my very first appointment easy with their telemedicine program. 10/10 would recommend.
