I have really benefited from the PT I get at ProSport. A few weeks ago I could hardly walk due to bursitis in my hip. Now I'm getting around much better. I've had several therapists; Jake, Stephanie and Hiroki have all been excellent. They really give my muscles a good workout and show me exercises to do at home. Years ago they worked the same miracles on my back. I'm getting older so I expect I'll see them from time to time. I highly recommend ProSport Physical Therapy and Performance.

Sam is great. Struck me as the type of person who'll care more about your injuries than you do. No, I'm not special. No, he doesn't pick favorites. I've seen him with other patients. He's like that with basically everyone. If you're lucky enough to have him as your PT, you'll be treated the same. Never met an extrovert who craved so little validation. His enthusiasm is genuine. His energy is as contagious as it is endless. I don't know how he's like this, but he's definitely in the right profession. He's hardworking and really just happy to help (and possibly give you a bad nickname).

Anna is the most competent trainer I've ever had. Probably the most personable one too. I don't care who gets offended reading this. She's the tiny one who reminds you of some old friend you can't remember. In my experience, because I can't follow a direction to save my life, physical therapy can either go great or terribly wrong. The difference is someone like Anna. She explains everything so clearly and is always there when you need her. Makes you realize the point of every exercise you thought was useless. Her stories are interesting and I think she might be psychic like that kid from The Shining.

I’ve had physical therapy for many years but I can say that hands down ProSport in Foothill Ranch is the best. The physical therapy that my husband and I received from this clinic is exceptional. The therapists listened attentively to our concerns and provided personalized treatment that yielded positive results. The therapists and technicians displayed a high level of professionalism and made us always feel comfortable throughout our visits. Wonderful place to heal. Thank you Dr. Ray for sending me there and thank you Sam for my physical therapy and what you taught me. I’m so thankful that my meniscus is 95% better. I’ll continue next-door at the gym to strengthen my knee, hip and the rest of my body as well.

The staff here are very friendly and efficient. They’re always checking to see that the exercises and massages have the right pressure without causing pain. They seem very knowledgeable and start my sessions on time. I’d definitely return here for their services.

I had knee replacement surgery July 24, and am doing my outpatient physical therapy at pro sports in foot hill ranch.
Nikita is fantastic. She pushes me to work harder and get my range of motion back. But listens to my concerns and makes adjustments as necessary.
All of the pt staff are very knowledgeable and also very caring. They want you to get better and it shows in their approach
