Dr. CJ and her team literally have saved my life. I went to PuraVida clinic to try red light therapy, wasn't really looking for a nutritionist, but met CJ after my session and felt an immediate connection to what she was sharing with me, it resonated with my experience. Everyone there has been supportive, positive, and encouraging, great customer service, feel like part of a family. I started my journey at 300 pounds in March and I currently weigh 225, a whole new life, energy, joy, a whole new wardrobe. It's really the small things that make this so life changing. The support and family environment hasn't lessened, just evolved as we continue to solidify a new way of life. Dr CJ has the knowledge from her own experience and gives all of that to me, her client, but really I consider her my friend and mentor

Initially the program was good, however after the 1st 60 day go around, Dr. CJ became hostile to my husband. The program is $2500.00 p/ person and $99.00 p/ month for coaching. We paid $5000. up front for 3 months of diet help. Then the coaching texts became negative, we stayed upbeat and strong. But the negativity continued, and we stopped the communication. However, we had to continue the coaching fee of $99 p/ person p/ month for the year long contract, even though we were not receiving the coaching service. Then to top it off, I am still being charged the coaching fee even though the contract ran out. I called, and spoke with the receptionist and she told me I had to cancel the contract to stop the charges. I said it was a year long contract and it ended in May. The receptionist stated that I need to sign a doc-u-sign form to stop the charges. She said she would refund the $198.00 for this month. I have paid over $2000. for services not received. I am so disappointed in the ethics of Dr. CJ and the way she and her staff conduct business.

The program works when you are committed to following all of the instructions and being consistent with the food recommendations. Dr CJ and her team offer support and guidance, and are readily available for coaching.

While weight loss is beneficial, the bonus results are that your blood sugar numbers will be balanced, cholesterol will go down, blood pressure will go down, etc. Our bodies are resilient and can heal when we provide the whole foods and nutrition that this program recommends.

A game changer is all I have to say about the nutrition program with PuraVida Wellness. I didn't join the program to lose weight necessarily but to get rid of aches and pains. Losing over 20lbs was an unexpected benefit. I haven't been the weight I am now since my 20s and I'm loving it. Another benefit is that my wife and I are more conscious of our food intake so we will be able to maintain our weight loss.
