First time here and I can tell this place is 5start plus. Everyone is very friendly, nice , professionally, fast , and the most important they explain you everything very well . I’ve only had maybe 3 dentists in my 46 years and just moved back to CA from GA so was a bit nervous trying out a new practice with only what I’d found online for reviews. Thankfully, Dr Pinky and her entire staff made the experience about as pleasant as a trip to the dentist could possibly be. Fixed my filling/crown on a days notice (and not for lack of business the place had a steady flow of clientele) which must be due to the professionalism they practice here. Will be coming back for hopefully cleaning visits only in the future!

Jordyn (Dental Hygienist) was very friendly and helpful. Based on her advice from a previous appointment, I made adjustments to my dental regimen and saw an improvement in my gum health by the next visit. All other staff were also very nice and accommodating. Would recommend this practice to others.

Dr Lauren Gaddis and Jay, along with the other staff made my urgent visit a dream. They were caring each step of the way and so gentle. I have rarely had fillings installed without needing adjustments. The whole team worked well together and made short work of waiting, xrays and treatment time. In the past I had unpleasant experience with Dr. Noor, but let me say something! I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Kirandeep Kaur and her team. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Dr. Kaur was incredibly kind, patient, and truly listened to my concerns, making the entire process so much easier than I expected. Her professionalism and gentle approach turned what could have been a stressful visit into a smooth and comfortable experience. I am beyond grateful for her care and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled dentist!

Aside from Jordyn, the hygienist, always being great and thorough with my maintenance cleanings every few months, my only complaint would be some of the staff members, especially the front desk. I was told to arrive at 7:15 for a 7:30 appointment, which is normal for any appointment but they don’t even open until 7:30. On the website it actually says they don’t open till 8am which is even more confusing. They could at least mention this to patients who have early appointments instead of saying “they don’t control the automated system.” Or maybe even show up 15 minutes earlier like they expect of their patients. Our time should be respected as well because if we were late, I’m sure we would be told to reschedule. I’ve also asked several times to please add my cavity fill, whenever I schedule my next appointment (twice by the way), and they never took notice of it which is a little irritating. The first time I was supposed to have it done, they said the doctor wasn’t in. Then today they were “able to add it to my appointment.” I am not even going to mention the miscommunication with my dentist or how they will highly suggest the most expensive procedures instead of the more affordable options for patients who pay for their own dental insurance or out of pocket. I get that dental is expensive, but please allow other options. Not everyone has that much money and probably ends up avoiding the dentist overall.

Lastly, I would like to thank the front desk receptionist, NATALIE I believe, for mentioning OUT LOUD how much funds were available on my Care Credit Card for NO REASON at all. I understand that there were no other patients in the waiting room at the time except for the other front desk staff. HOWEVER, it was very inconsiderate of you to share that personal information OUT LOUD when I never asked for it nor do I agree with the fact that they could see it which is probably why they know how much they can try to charge you for everything. Why even mention it if there is more than enough funds for the procedure?! Maybe next time if you’re concerned, you can write it down or show me on the screen. Thank you!

What an amazing environment and office. I came to visit Dr. Kaur for two individual cleanings and she was able to get me out within an hour. I deal with sensitive gums and have switched dentists two times, this was definitely the perfect choice!
