Could not of been happier. For someone who dislikes going to the dentist as much as I do. I must say the office staff, dental hygienist and Dr Novicio. All went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and understood what was needed. Years of dislike and anxiety making a dental visit have been resolved. I also was informed of the insurance they offer which has and will save me money for future work that will be needed. 5 star service!!

Top drawer in every way. Beautiful building and interior. Easy parking. Wonderful staff. Reasonable pricing. Monica the hygienist is the best I ever had. The two dentists are skilled, kind and friendly. They have the very latest in technology. They also have tvs on the ceiling showing beautifully made educational documentaries. You exit with better dental hygiene and smarter. 😋

The staff are very friendly and my cleaning was thorough. Dr. Kaplan was great. Unlike many other dental practices, there was no attempt to upsell me or do work that wasn’t needed. I would highly recommend Rancho Santa Fe Dentistry practice.

Dr. Novicio, Dr Kaplan and their team could not have been more attentive, caring, and gentle. They were both welcoming and professional. As someone who HATES the dentist and sharp objects, the team made every effort to accommodate me and make me feel comfortable. The experience was top notch. The technology was new, the office was spotless, and the staff was beyond friendly. I never thought I would enjoy a dentist visit but today proved me wrong. They even convinced me to floss! I have found the new dentist for me and my family for years to come.

Okay, I went kind of back and forth about posting a review for this practice. I haven't been to them in over a year but I was going there for ~3 years. I should have looked at the reviews prior to going (it is a red flag that a business has all 5 star reviews, no business is that perfect. $$$). I think my dentist here was a very nice person, but it was I think the 4th cavity filling with not having any sensitivities on any of the teeth she had filled got me a little suspicious. I was naive. My fillings coincidentally weren't covered by insurance at all. The icing on the cake for me was her wanting to bond my 2 front teeth (I was 24 at the time). I've had Invisalign and have perfectly healthy teeth. I went to 2 other cosmetic dentists for second opinions and they said do not have her bond those teeth, you have a perfectly healthy tooth and it will just fall right off and she will have your $$. It was then that I switched. Overall, a nice practice with all the nice amenities (massage chair, TVs, nice staff) but they're after your $$ being in the heart of Rancho.

The staff were extremely knowledgable and efficient.
The diagnosis and charges were extremely well described.
There were no waits, the entire time was spent taking care of my dental needs.
