I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. From the moment I arrived, the service was unprofessional and unwelcoming. The front desk staff struggled to locate my files, despite them having been sent over in advance, and their communication was both disorganized and dismissive.

During my consultation, I felt rushed and unheard. My questions were either ignored or answered with minimal effort, and there was no attempt to explain alternative options for treatment. The staff seemed more focused on charging additional fees than providing patient-centered care. Their tone throughout the visit was passive-aggressive and demeaning, making the entire experience unpleasant and frustrating.

This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a dental office. I would not recommend this location to anyone seeking professional, transparent, and respectful care.

Zero stars. This was the WORST dental experience my husband and I have ever had. They seem more focused on charging extra fees than providing quality care. Despite having excellent insurance that should cover most procedures, they insisted that nearly everything would require an out-of-pocket payment. Very disappointing!"

I've had to file formal complaints against RC Dental with the board on insurance, board of dentistry, and department of public health for insurance fraud and denial of access to my health information after I refused to continue orthodontic treatment when I noticed and brought awareness to numerous billing issues. I was personally double billed along with my dental insurer, resulting in an overpayment and a refund they initially denied. I had to send a formal demand letter with my personal financial and insurance records to prove the malice and even then they doubled down that they had done nothing wrong. Even after I was refunded they attempted to make two additional fraudulent withdrawals. I have documents from both my insurance company and respective state agencies confirming the errors. Their front office staff, including the office manager and benefit coordinator have disgusting and highly unprofessional attitudes both online and in person. I would highly recommend current patients double check their insurance records for fraudulent activity, especially if you're receiving orthodontic care at RC Dental. While this review may not be representative of all patient experience, it is representative of my personal experience.

I was in need of a dentist. Initially everything seemed normal. I learned I needed an extensive amount of repair. The office stated they had a policy where I would have to pay for all the work ($6,000) which would span over numerous appointments and approximately 5 months.

I wouldn’t have any problem paying for the work they did the day of the appointment and they stated it’s because they have a policy mandating them to charge for everything up front.

Now the dentist office is responsible for using $300 of my insurance to take pointless X-rays. I would rather rip out my own teeth than going to RC Dental.

Great people besides the dentists. Christian and Ricardo are dental assistants and are very good at what they do. Very impressed with them both. Ellen the office manager is so nice and helpful. She had to keep dealing with my insurance that kept messing up the paper work. She finally got it all together for me and n my approval.so Grateful. 😁

The worse dental office I have been. The staff are so rude and unhelpful and don't know what they are doing. I visited their office over 2 months ago and in spite of requesting several times, I still do not know what my copay going to be. And when I message them that I want to talk to the dentist to let him know how the staff treating the patients. He messaged me back through the very mean billing woman that if you don't like it here go somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this office.

Beware! They will rob you blind! I came in with insurance and I still had to pay $5,000.00 out of pocket. The doctor was horrible I can’t believe the treatment I received. The front desk staff was also horrible. It was so upsetting. I have never been treat like that anywhere in my life. The pain was awful. I tried to speak to the office manager and had to wait 30 min before she talked to me and was just as rude.

I had a fantastic experience at RC Dental Care General Dentistry! The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Especially Ellen she was just wonderful! The dental professionals were knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. The office was well-equipped, clean, and organized. I highly recommend RC Dental Care for their excellent and friendly dental care!
