Came here today at 3 pm. Front desk was on time and very helpful. Then Assistant was taking pictures she was very polite and friendly and helped me with all my questions. She took a few pictures and I was ready to go. When Asian doctor came in, he did the root canal in 30 minutes or less. I love how how he performed and his Assistant was always on time to suck all the saliva out of my mouth. Assistant are great so a x-ray taker. But thank to Asian doctor bhe made it so painful and easy. Very recommended

I received a call informing me that a spot had opened up, and I could come in. I was very excited about this. I would like to highlight the professionalism of the office staff, especially Abby. She was very kind both on the phone and in person. While I was sitting in the office, I watched how she interacted with other clients. I want to emphasize how much I appreciated her work; she is truly an asset to the office.

I do not recommend this place, because after waiting 1.5 months for the first appointment , it’s possible that front office staff can mess it up and surprise you saying that you don’t have any appointment. Thankfully, on the day of my appointment I was able to convince them that I had an appointment. During 1.5 months while I was waiting for my appointment, I called them couple times asking if there were any cancellations, so I can take that spot. Be aware, that their waiting list for appointment cancellations do not work at all. In comparison to other dentists’ offices it doesn’t work at all. You can call them for several months, there would be no openings. My first appointment where doctor examined me, and his assistant took x-ray of my tooth, lasted less than 10-15 minutes. Then it took me another 2 weeks to get a confirmation from insurance company . Now they are saying that endodontist can accept me after 5 months. I have to wait for so long being in pain with my root canal, it’s ridiculous. They just waisted so much of my time.

- was a super quick experience, fasted root canal I’ve had.

- doctor Kim explained himself and his steps clearly and was very kind and professional.

- I was very worried that they would try to add random steps, insurance codes, treatments to get more money but they did not do that. They charged me exactly what my insurance told me it’ll cost.

- I recommend this office and Dr. Kim for all your root canal needs.

I went in for an extraction for 2 teeth and it was a fast and pain free experience. I couldn’t believe how quick Dr. Habashy extracted the teeth, his dental assistant Shannon was so kind and made me feel very comfortable. If anyone needs any dental work done I would recommend Rc Dental group with no doubts!

We have been coming here for 10 years and had always had good service. Recently with in this past year, however, the service has become extremely horrible. The front desk receptionist is THE WORST receptionist I have ever had to deal with. I have four kids who go to this dentist so we see them often. And on every occasion with the receptionist she is extremely rude, lazy and doesn’t do her job even remotely. She needs to be let go and find an industry where she is not involved with others. I’ve even over heard her be rude and disparaging to several other patients as well. She will be the reason there is a lawsuit filed for negligence and malpractice. The Dentist should be more concerned with her behavior and how she handles the charts. She almost caused my daughter to get a procedure done that was unnecessary.

Dr. Harneet Kaur is most impressive in her personal care of her patients. Today I had a tooth problem that wasn't part of the planned appointment. Not only did she take care of my chipped tooth, Dr Kaur cleaned my teeth and completed the task for adding two fillings. All of this was done with a sensitivity that is above and beyond what is required. Thank you Dr Kaur.

I'm truly shocked on why this place has been given negative reviews. It was our first time visiting, the place was very clean and nice. All of the workers were nice as well. The dentist explained to me in detail about work that my daughter's tooth needed and what to expect moving forward. As well as explain why he couldn't do the root canal. I appreciated this place because another dentist office was going to charge me $800 for a root canal that is not even going to fix or help her dead tooth. I would recommend this place for sure.
