RC Endodontics saved me! The office took my call with an 8 out of 10 pain and squeezed me in within 45 mins of my call. Dr Parmar and her staff were extremely knowledgeable and gentle with my situation. She described the process in detail and always made me feel comfortable and confident. No pain during the procedure. A definite plus! This was a Friday and she called me a couple times over weekend to check and see my condition. I am definitely a return patient. I changed my rating from one star to four stars because they called me to comfort me. Their attitude on the call was very good, and I didn’t want to make the person who called me feel awkward. She mentioned that the doctor always wears casual clothes specifically for work, and they are kept at the clinic.

This is my previous comments 'This review is unrelated to Sheabar's professional skills—it’s about his lack of empathy. To prove there was no issue with his surgery, he ignored the white spot on my gums. When I asked him about it, he flatly said he didn’t see it. After I pressed further, he admitted he didn’t know what it was. Patients are not dentists and cannot diagnose their own symptoms, I can’t comment on his professional skills, but his attitude toward patients definitely needs improvement. During my check-up, he was wearing casual clothes instead of full protective gear. By the way, I had a fever the day after he performed my root canal.'

I had an excellent experience at RC Endodontics. I was nervous about getting a root canal, but the doctor and team made the entire process seamless and stress-free. They were so friendly and professional, and I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of endodontic care!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would .
I am scared to death of dental work of any kind, I avoid the dentist at all costs but unfortunately recently had a horrible toothache that wouldn't go away and had to go in to see my dentist. They told me I needed a root canal but due to the complexity of it, I would need to go to a specialist & they referred me to RC Endodontics.

When I arrived this morning for my procedure, they took me back for X-rays & I had a full panic attack. The dental assistant Asama was the absolute sweetest person & sat with me & comforted me until I was able to calm down. She sat & talked with me & calmed me down so incredibly well that I started to feel at ease for the first time all morning.
Dr. Parmar came in next & she was just as kind & warm & comforting & immediately helped me feel even more at ease. I felt totally safe in their hands. By the time the work began, I wasn't worried or afraid anymore.

The procedure itself was completely painless, they checked on me every few minutes to ensure I was still comfortable & didn't need a break or anything. I've never felt so comfortable & at ease during dental work in my life.

Both Asama & Dr. Parmar were very gentle & very conscious of my level of comfort during the whole visit.

This office honestly may have cured my fear of dental work which isn't something I thought possible. I will be getting any future work I may need done here & cannot recommend this office enough. If you need work done, come here, trust me, you'll thank them!

I was referred to RC Endodontics by my dentist for a possible infection in my root canal. As someone who has an irrational fear of anything being done to my teeth, let me tell you, from the moment I called to make my appointment, everyone was amazing and so kind.
Now, let’s talk about Dr. Ali and Marissa. They are perfect for the jobs they do. Both were incredibly kind. They explained everything they were doing, and I asked me is I was okay throughout the entire root canal. I never told them about my fear…that is just how caring and compassionate they both were.
Not that anyone wants a root canal, however if it necessary, I cannot recommend this office enough.

Dr. Parmar made my experience such an amazing one. She put so much work into healing my tooth, what I adore the most about her is her passion in what she does and the high amount of care she puts into her work. She made sure with all her will to fix my tooth with success. She isn’t the kind of doctor that is basic, she goes above and beyond with what she does. I even wish she was my primary dentist because I fully trust her with my teeth. She certainly wants the best for you & your health. Her optimism, intelligence, and compassionate persona makes her the ultimate best dentist I have ever had. She fixed my tooth and took the pain away. Although the experience of a retreat is intense, she made the experience very comfortable for me and I also admire that she really cares about your pain and fears. She is a beautiful person and wonderful dentist, I highly recommend everyone to choose her as your specialist because you will really be under good hands, she is very highly skilled in what she does. She is very patient and kind, she takes her time to make sure that your tooth is going to be fixed. I very highly recommend her to everyone, she is the best!!!

I can’t say enough good thing’s about this place. Dr Parmar is the true definition of a professional and someone who truly cares about her patients. My son said he always wants all dental work done at this office! The girls in the office from the receptionists to the dentist hygienists and assistants were amazing and helped put my son at ease. His dentist even text me the next day and a week later to check on him and make sure he was doing well after the procedure.
