I have been a patient at Redwood Family Dentistry for about 4 years now and have always been pleased with the services they provide. I am always able to get appointments in a very timely manner and I like that they offer evening appointments. I liked the dentist so much that I began taking my children to this office as well. However, in December I took my daughter in to get dental work done and I asked the front office staff to remove the Nitrous Oxide from the estimate and advised them that I did not want the laughing gas administered to my child. I paid for the treatment and about halfway into the appointment they advised me that the dentist felt like she needed the Nitrous Oxide and they had administered it without notifying me prior. I didn’t make a big deal about it and paid at the same time I was notified. A few days later my son had an appointment and I spoke to the office manager who let me know she would look into it and call me back.. this was at the end of December. It is now February and I have yet to get a call back from anyone. My daughter had an upcoming appointment to finish her treatment but I decided to cancel because it is evident that the dentist office doesn’t want to make things right. I could understand if it was a minor oversight but this is inexcusable and they have lost my trust. I will be taking my daughter elsewhere to finish her treatment

From the moment we walked in the door the staff was kind and professional at the same time made you feel like you were walking into their personal home. They (Dentist, hygienist and receptionist) were sympathetic and straight to the point. I had to take my wife and children with me and they accommodated my 4 year old by allowing them to wait in the children’s section where she was able to watch TV and slip around as a four-year-old does. Know that I the patient didn’t receive the best news, but the fact that we had this type of experience with the staff made me comfortable and I will continue ongoing care with them.

I’d have to say every time I go for my 6 month check up or getting some work done on my teeth the staff at Redwood family Dentistry are very nice. They explain everything very thoroughly and they answer all my question. If they don’t have the answers I need they call you back with the information that I needed. I’ve been coming for 2 years and I haven’t had an complaints. I cannot see myself going to another dentist. The staff treats you so well and they are great!

We recently switched to Redwood dentistry for the whole family and couldn’t be any happier with our service. Each time we go in (including our kids ages 6, 13, 15) the service is always quick and throughout. They are always so friendly and really take the time to inform us parents and patients about what they are doing, even if it’s just a cleaning. We especially like that they are open after the normal 8-5pm since it works great with our work schedule.
