Let me be very clear, Dr. Reen is an amazing doctor, but his scheduling is a nightmare. My wife has gone to urgent care twice because his staff can't seem to fit her in (even though he is our primary care physician). Good luck getting through to anyone, they ignore the phone pretty regularly and their voicemail is full! It's a shame he doesn't have a better management system.

Great doctor. TERRIBLE office management.
I've been waiting almost 2 years for a sleep study test. Finally received a call for it on Thursday (voicemail), to which I called back immediately but they never, and I mean, NEVER answer their phone. So I just went in person to pick up the equipment, but the receptionist said I have to come back Monday at 12. I let her know I wouldn't be able to till after 3 as my husband is a teacher and we share a car, but their office closes at 1 Monday so she said ok, come in Tuesday then. So here I come today, Tuesday after 3, and she said she already GAVE IT TO THE NEXT PERSON. Said she called me on Monday trying to tell me it was ready to be picked up but since she couldn't get a hold of me, she moved on to the next person, even though she KNEW I was coming on Tuesday. I never received a call to my knowledge and she didn't even leave a message. Even if she had, I still wouldn't have been able to come get it until Tuesday regardless because of my husband's schedule, which she also KNEW hence why we agreed I'd be here Tuesday (today) to pick it up.
So tomorrow, I guess I'm driving over there AGAIN, maybe 3rd time's the charm.

I would call first each time if I thought they would answer, but they won't.
If it wasn't for the fact that I've been waiting for this study for 2 years, I'd just say forget it.
I'm already in the process of finding a new doctor, even before all this, for this exact issue.
I've had to go to urgent care out of town and the hospital twice in the last 2 months simply because their office doesn't answer their damn phone. What good is a doctor if you can never get a hold of their office?
So fed up with them. We'll see how tomorrow goes, maybe I'll update this review, but right now, save yourself time and find a better doctor office, one you can actually reach.

I received laser hair removal at Reen Medical with their nurse, Heather. Wow! Is all I can say. I already saw a huge difference even after just one treatment. She provides quality care, topical anesthetic with little to almost no pain at all and great conversation. Their laser provided amazing results. I highly recommend their laser services.

I had been looking into laser hair removal for quite some time now. Dr. Reen and Heather answered all my questions and have been super responsive with my sensitive skin issues. So far, it's been great results from the laser treatments! Highly recommend.

I have been getting the laser hair removal treatments here (underarm,face,bikini) and I was able to notice a difference in the hair growth immediately after one session. 🙌. The process is pretty quick and easy, I'm almost done with the full sessions and I haven't even had to wax/shave, and I've always had very dark course hair. In certain spots it can be a little painful BUT, it's worth it I promise!

This review is for the laser hair removal service. After being burnt on my upper lip first appointment and telling staff; I was hesitant to go back but because I was told it happens sometimes and was asked by Heather , " would I rather target all the hair or not?". Yes a red flag. After my third appointment I have been terribly burnt on a large portion of my upper lip area and am worried this will cause permanent scarring. Do your research and do it very
carefully. UPDATE: Within two days after this review two five star reviews for the laser hair removal service were posted both of them attempting to squash this review. Scary and disturbing especially since they might be authored from the front office. Nothing and I mean nothing can take away from being burnt on your face with a too large laser head meant for the body applied by an unskilled uncaring "nurse" tech.

I’ve always had hormonal issues, such as a pituitary tumor, pcos, and thyroid issues. My husband and I have been wanting another baby for a couple of years now and we were having no luck. After seeing a couple of doctors and pretty much accepting I might not get pregnant again, I decided to go see Dr Reen to see what he would say about my labs. He notified me that my thyroid was out of balance once again. He prescribed me a medicine for my thyroid and within a few weeks I found out I was pregnant! I’m now 12 weeks and so thankful I decided to go to Dr Reen for a second opinion

Dr. Reen and his staff have been so amazing! Everyone there is genuine, caring and overall great at their jobs. Dr. Reen has a caring, calm and at times funny approach but also very professional. The staff all have very positive upbeat personalities, making being at the Dr's a very uplifting experience.
I can't recommend them enough, best medical experience my family has had in Ridgecrest by far.
