Working with Dr. Sarah was a delight - she was not only very easy to work with, but also more than happy to answer all my questions to help educate me about movement and function. On top of that, Dr. Sarah was just all around fun to be around and have a conversation with (which helps as I usually had my sessions bright and early, first thing in the morning). If I ever have another reason to revisit PT (knock on wood for good heath and fitness), I would definitely check in with her as the first preference for a provider.

Brooke is phenomenal. I spent the majority of my pregnancy seeing her for pelvic floor work to treat pain and prep for birth. I am convinced I only pushed for an hour because of all the work we put in together to prepare my body physically and mentally. Brooke makes you feel comfortable and is all about education and making sure you are paying attention to your movements in your day to day activity so she can make sure she is optimizing your time with her. Cannot recommend her enough!

Finally writing a long over due review for Renew, San Diego 🙂 I have been to Renew for multiple issues in the last 3 years or so. I have worked with most of the therapists in the office and the experience has been nothing but positive.

Renew differentiates itself from many other places in that you get to work with your PT during your entire appointment. They take the time to explain the human anatomy in your area of concern and the rationale behind their treatment approach. They listen carefully to your feedback and have no hesitation in modifying/adapting their plan as required.

My most recent visits were related to my lower back pain and worked primarily with Brooke. I am happy to say that by following the plan, there is has been a significant improvement in my condition.

On two other occasions I have worked extensively with Sarah and that too resulted in similar positive outcomes. I have also few sessions with their Kha and you won't go wrong with any of the team members. The front desk is always welcoming and quick to respond to any of your questions or phone calls.

I am glad that I found this boutique PT office, that has been a caring and encouraging partner in my wellness journey.

Love this place! I see Brooke for pelvic floor therapy, I was diagnosed with endometriosis prior and she helped me so much and we have made so much progress! She is so welcoming and well informed. Happy I found her and Renew. Would absolutely recommend her.
