Results gym is awesome. It provides a workout regimen that is fun yet challenging. One of the biggest draws is the community. The people you work out with are normal, everyday, working class people. The community becomes so supportive and you look forward to working out with them.

All the trainers are great, but the one who has left a lasting impression on me is SUMMER. She is such a professional and beyond her years. You will love her too.

Every time I come to gym I feel so much better. It is so much more than a workout session, but a place to promote self care, laugh with friends, and check up on one another. My coaches have helped me grow in so many ways and my workout routine would not have been the same without them. I plant to stay with this gym for a long time. It has become my second home.

Great gym! The coaches are all very personable and will modify any workout to fit your needs. I participated in their 6 week weight loss challenge and as long as you stick to their plan you will drop the weight. It has helped me get my habits and routines under control to continue getting into shape after the challenge. They make it a point for you to get to know who you’re working out with, and it makes for a very fun and comfortable atmosphere to work out in. Highly recommend!

I love Results transformation Center. I have been going consistently for about 3 months now. The instructors are amazing. Coach Nash and Coach Summer will correct your form when you need assistance, modify exercises if something is difficult, and push you when they know you can go harder. They have a good meal plan to follow as well. I do need to more consistent with my meals. Overall this is an amazing program. I am Stronger and more healthy than I have been in years.

Wholeheartedly I highly recommend Results Transformation Center! The recent 6 week challenge I did was exactly what I needed in order to get my gym/nutrition routine established so I can turn these routines into habits. The coaches here are great and supportive and I feel that they truly care about each member and enjoy the positive impact they have on people’s lives. I absolutely love that this gym feels so inclusive for all. There are people of shapes, colors, and sizes and it feels like there is truly no judgement. I had so many Non Scale Victories throughout. Two of my favorite have to do with losing inches off my waist. I first noticed when I was walking the dogs and my poop bag fanny pack had to be tightened up (a lot). The other time was when I showed up for my Saturday workout, went to run and my pants starting to fall, so I held them for the run until I got back inside and Coach Stevie hooked me up with a hair tie so that I tied my pants tight to one side (bringing the 80’s back baby). I am extremely thankful
for the coaches here and happy to be back on the right track of getting healthy and sustaining good habits. Bravely I have attached a before and after. The improvement I like the best, is the SMILE on my face. Forget you, Ms. Frumpy Pants.

Result transformation is definitely a place for Result and goal achievement, great regiment for workout and diet. The 6 weeks challenge is the one and only, I was able to drop 3 years of far accumulated during covid in just 6 weeks.

I have been a member of Results 👙🏋️‍♀️ gym since 2018, and the transformation has been incredible. Each year I feel myself growing stronger, both physically and mentally. The encouragement I receive here is invaluable. Regardless of what’s happening in the world or in my personal life coming to this gym brings me a sense of peace and reminds me that I’m doing something positive for myself. The professional coaches here push me to achieve more than I could on my own and their support has truly been life-changing. I wouldn’t know where to start off sharing my appreciation for Results Transformation Center-Rancho Cordova. I had reached my 1yr with Results in mid February 2023 and while completing that year I decided to try out the 6 week challenge back in January 2023. This challenge transformed not only my physical appearance but my overall lifestyle. Feeling stronger mentally and physically. Results creates a support system not only from the peers around you with the same goal to lose weight, feel stronger, and be physically active but you build a relationship with your coaches. Coaches who work alongside you to make sure you can get the most out of your experience whether by modifying a workout for you or giving you advice about meals & supplements. The biggest take away for me during this challenge wasn’t the number on the scale it was about making changes to my daily habits that Results outlined to make a difference.
