Dr. Ricks has been treating my family for a very long time and I couldn be more pleased. When his office moved, I visited the new doctor at Canyon Springs and was made to feel that my foot pain was my fault. I immediately made my follow-up appointment with Dr. Ricks. Dr. Ricks is genuinely caring and has always been intent on providing me with the best treatment option for my issue. His nurse has always been kind, supportive, and friendly. I've never had problems making appointments or communicating with receptionists when I arrive.

JOKE! Wait a month and a half for an appt. THEY CANCEL your appt. without even talking to you. Then WAIT ANOTHER 2 months for an appt. Oh and forget trying to get ahold of them over the phone because they have you on hold forever when the office is empty and make sure they tell you what office they are scheduling you for because they like to forget to mention that as well. And God forbid you go to the wrong office and hit tons of traffic on your way back because they will flat out not see you! Oh yeah they also hang up on you when they say they are “transferring you” to a manager. What an unprofessional joke this place is. All those months WASTED waiting with a son at home struggling to get through his practices because his feet hurt so much and is probably using orthotics that he grew out of long ago. Needless to say I’ve put my complaints in and am taking him elsewhere.

1 star is still more then they deserve. If no stars was a choice , this would definitely be my choice to rate this place.
My 10 year old son was turned away twice. If you try calling be prepared for a 30 min wait time.
Please keep looking for a place with better response and care ?

Ryan Ricks, D.P.M. Office needs new staff or a customer service and patient experience training. They have one review on Google which gives me the feedback that not much people go or attend enough to praise this office. I made an appointment for my mother she has PPO insurance. I was running late due to traffic and I called to inform them that I was running behind. 20 min behind that if it was an issue we would drive all the way from riverside off the 60. The girl in the front with long braids didn't catch her name placed me on hold for 10min then asked me what insurance do you have? My thought was what does it matter it we have ppo if we didn't maybe he wouldn't wait? It was a dry conversation she seemed bothered. She then said "is it a workers comp case"? I was even more disturbed I said no its simply she has a ball on the bottom of her foot the size of a golf ball. I've been waiting for for this appointment with this specialists for 45+ days. We arrive 3:39 yes it was well over the 20 min. Let me describe the office it was ghost town besides 1 person waiting. It was such a disappointment to hear her say "they just told me they can't see you anymore". What a horrible office staff and lack of professionalism. I'm not even sure if it was the doctor that requires them to act this way. I urgently recommended a training and conversation with staff. If it's the Doctors orders to not see my mom because of the extra ten min what a horrible way to represent Riverside medical clinic. Never been treated this way at the Brockton office. The reviews don't lie.

Dr ricks is great he helped me with my,plantar fasitis and fixed my ingrown toe nail and it didnt hurt at all he is great
