Received an overcharge bill - far more than my first visit. The discussion on my mental issues were garbage. It's all a scam. Never got my meds either. Absolute garbage.

If you want to be charged close up to $800 (that's a whole 2 weeks worth paycheck for me), have them talk down on your religious views and never get your meds.. then YA, this garbage is for you!

What can I say, feeling suicidal and harming myself. Was told I'm not critical after waiting 16 hours and then told information about another patient that affects me and my mental health, trying to get myself fixed not focus on this other person. I hurt myself til I bled but not critical and sent me away, with suicidal thoughts and planning. Made me detiriate further rather than helping me, then sent me home. All alone with poor mental health and trying to be suicidal. Also said they would check in on me, they didn't.

Using an alias because they might actually try to do their jobs after they get a honest review. Staff thanks, for nothing, making me worse and relaying info about someone that you shouldn't even be divulging to me. Worse part, I didn't even bring up this person just mentioned a relation, and then it was gossip time I guess. Screw mental health though right, guess my note in history will be unknown.

They are very nice and respectful. Never once did I feel uncomfortable. I truly recommend this place to get some help if you have any mental health issues it's a great place. There honestly great people and very nice. Thank you to everyone of there employees.

Beyond a great and helpful staff.
They made me not only feel welcomed and comfortable; but they're deeply understanding of anything you may be going through.

The staff is so sweet everybody there made sure I was comfortable and well fed. They allowed me,to charge my phone with no issue. I loved how supportive the staff was and that they actually cared why I was in there the first place.

I love the attention this place gives you when you're in crisis. They may be small but it's the only place for hours that will provide you with the urgent mental health treatments you need.

If you have a suicidal child dont come here. The therapist wont even see your child, it's the parents fault, and then will tell you to emancipate your child.
