The staff are always very nice at Ridgecrest Family Dentistry. My autistic son and me had appointments to get our teeth cleaned and get x-rays and everyone was very kind and understanding, especially with my son. And he enjoys going there. My husband and I definitely appreciate the staff being so kind to him and us, and we didn’t have to wait at all either. We appreciate their patience and understanding with our son. Thank you.

Always love going here. So comfortable with staff cause they’re friendly and kind. Great customer skills. They make sure you understand what is happening. Doctor is nice and knows what’s best. Insurance accepted and copays are not too ridiculous. I’d always come back!!! My kids are comfortable and that is important!

Seven months ago they told me I had a cavity that needed to be filled, and needed some other work. So over the months I went back for the work and regular checkups a number of times. So I go back for the third regular checkup and cleaning since they mentioned the cavity, they tell me that the cavity has progressed so far that now the tooth needs to be pulled. All these seven months during all the checkups and cleanings they had said nothing more about the cavity at all. To me, that meant everything was all right with my teeth. It didn't mean that I had a cavity that was getting worse for months without being fixed, while they just watched it without saying anything to me. The record they have apparently says that they didn't mention my bad tooth further because I apparently didn't follow up on a call when they had called me once, or left a message.

These ladies work above and beyond, no one likes going to the dentist but they make it a better experience. My whole family goes here, and I'm glad we do .
