I had a lab draw for blood before an upcoming doctor appointment.
The phlebotomist, Angelica (I hope I remembered her name correctly) was great. I'm not an easy draw, and she quickly assessed that it would be taken from my hand. Quick and easy collection.

The visit with the Dr went well. He answered questions. The one glitch was the telephone call Sat. Evening telling both my husband and myself had appointments at 8:45 Monday morning. I listened to the message twice. He had an appointment with a different Dr in the afternoon. it did not give that information. Also said if there was a problem call during hours to correct. Very hard to do until Monday morning when it would be too late to change anything.

The lady that drew my blood was very quick, and the needle prick was one of the least painful I’ve ever had. I barely felt the needle enter my arm. Also, even though I was a walk-in and, probably because I was about 4th in line before the doors opened, I was seen quickly and on my way. The lobby was standing room only before my name was called, the order screen was already full, yet they moved quickly.

I came in for an emergency that required surgery. The night staff and night doctor where amazing. I'm a pain patient and normally get treated like a drug seeker first. I get questioned if I have REAL pain. I always bring my prescription and meds to show I'm not doing that and to pleas give me care. The night staff was so kind. I was in agonizing pain but set on not taking any pain meds from them. I was afraid I wouldn't get proper care. This is from experience. But the night doctor was so kind. He kept making sure if I'd changed my mind for pain management. He knew my pain was real and worsening with the hour. He talked to me kindly, thoroughly and was so nice. He was comforting and truely kind. Shift change. Now the day staff. First thing they did was start blasting music from thier computer. F this and F that! It was so loud and uncomfortable. Here I am crying behind my curtain, tears streaming down my face and covering my ears. I wanted to rest. I'd been there since 11 the day before on no sleep.They banged everything. Yelling to across the room. And no modesty for what they talked about at work. I didn't need to know that much detail in thier lives. The doctor was OK. But but he was very monotoned and very standoffish. But that might be his personality. I was in even worse pain but still said no to pain meds. He seemed hesitant of me. Suspicious even. It was uncomfortable. I always felt I was under investigation. Then another doctor was supposed to come see me and I didn't see him until 4 and a half hours later. Doctor had to call him twice. In the end I needed surgery. Had my fallopian tube and ovary taken. The surgery group was very kind, there was an older woman who was motherly to me because I was shaking from fear and the pain. They were all so kind. Woke up and signed out to heal at home.i couldn't stay. I've had so many hospitals toys and surgeries by now, I know how to run proper care at home sadly. But I'm alive. 4 stars only due to the day staff.

I had a 2PM appointment for an ultrasound exam. I was at the check-in counter at 1:30PM and thought I would have a long wait. I was so wrong. By about 1:40PM I was in the ultrasound room getting ready for the exam. The nurse performing the exam was so very nice. Everything went so quickly... I was back in my car at about 2:10PM. I was very pleased with the RRH and staff!
