Receptionist was very rude. I'm not from Los Alamos and I couldn't find the building so was late for the appointment. She was very rude when I asked for directions to the building. That's the only problem I had.

Dr. Reed is by far an expert and compassionate doctor he is a fantastic surgeon and definitely knows what he is doing I would not go anywhere else I had heard from others how they had bad experiences with other podiatrists and was afraid but after my first visit with Dr. Reed I was very sure he would do his best for a successful outcome and he by far exceeded my expectations he and his team are the best in their field I also had the pleasure of meeting and having Dr. Dietlhloff during my surgery and also hold nothing but the highest respect for her
All in all they are in my opinion the best orthopedic care facility in New Mexico
Other care givers in this field of medicine should look to this practice as an example of sincere compassionate knowledgeable medical professionals

Easy to make an appointment, and get x-rays locally. They were able to read the x-rays and come up with a diagnosis and solution professionally and quickly.
