8 months ago I went to Risa because I was pre-diabetic, had high inflammation markers and wasn't feeling well. After reviewing my blood work she taught me how to change the way I eat by giving me recipes, supplements and even helped me make better choices when eating out. My blood work has all improved and I even recommended 2 friends who have also had great results. What a scam! I called Risa thinking she would take a scientific approach to helping me find out what foods my daughter was having issues with. I was told first step was to schedule an hour introduction zoom call and a cc was required in case of cancellation. She was 5 min late for the zoom call and then just regurgitated “good” foods, “bad” foods and recipes from her website. I was charged $340 for the regurgitation session, and was told in order to figure out what was wrong with my daughter I would need another $435 in testing and 8 more sessions.. I can save you a lot of money, no matter your issues she will recommend you only eat the clean foods listed on her website, she will then test you to see what supplements she can sell you.

I highly recommend Risa Groux, especially to my people with thyroid problems. I started seeing Risa mainly for that reason: I've been on thyroid medication for years, but my labs were still showing some bad numbers, and, needless to say, I wasn't feeling well (tired all the time, no focus, skin problems...the list goes on). Risa did a very detailed thyroid test, much more comprehensive than my endocrinologist ever did. Here is where we also found out I had Hashimoto's disease.
