Just had an appointment at Dr. Patel’s office and it was a great experience. The staff is friendly, and the office has a relaxed atmosphere. Dr. Patel was professional and made sure to explain everything clearly, which I appreciated! No unnecessary waiting, and I left feeling like my teeth were in good hands. Dr. Patel was fantastic with our 6 year old. We'd taken him to one of those kids dental places before but Dr. Patel was so much more patient and kind. He needed a cavity filled and Dr. Patel was so gentle and quick. We will be using her for all of our dental needs moving forward. Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Dr Patel. She was kind and comforting. I suffer from anxiety, and she was so nice and patient with me. I was embarrassed from neglecting my dental health. She was non judgmental and made a plan how I could get my dental health up to date and continue taking care of my teeth. She’s not pushing anything I’m uncomfortable with and continues to be a genuine sweet person. Her voice is calming and makes me relax. Her staff are all great too. Kind and friendly. Dr. Patel is fantastic. She will really work with you to make you happy. She has never hesitated to work with me to make my smile/bite better. She did a great job on my crown for my implant. There were some issues at first, but she did not hesitate to get it perfect. She also did bonding for chipped teeth in the front. She color matched perfectly and the shape was spot on. If you are afraid of getting bonding from her for your teeth, don't worry. She nailed it 1st try, I was very happy with the result. I truly belive she and her team cares about your satisfaction. They are all fantastic.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Shinali Patel. She is the most amazing dentist I have ever been to! She is so compassionate and understanding, and her kindness and sincerity have greatly alleviated my dental anxiety. She is always willing to help, and her services are so adorable, even without insurance. 🙂 Dr. Patel is also very gentle, and I’ve never been afraid or in pain at any point when in her office.

Her entire staff is also incredible, from her dental assistant to the receptionist. This is the most welcoming, soothing, and inviting office and staff. I cannot recommend Riverside Dental Center enough!!! I no longer dread dentist appointments, and I am so glad to have found Dr. Patel!! I will continue to recommend Riverside Dental Center to anyone and everyone lol 🩷🩷
