My teenage children were overdue for their dentist appointments so we were actively searching for a good dentist. Ultimately, I was referred here by my insurance. My kids typically hate the dentist. Honestly, I concur. Dentist office visits are usually riddled with pain, pain, more pain and a hefty bill at the end.

During the initial visit, we were impressed with the overall esthetics of the waiting area. It's is not modern, but provides a classic elegance. The office staff greeted us with genuine smiles and customer service. They are all so friendly. So far, every interaction with a staff- member has been beyond pleasant.

After my children sang their praises and ranked them on top of ANY other dentist office we've been in the past, I knew we found our dentist office. All three of my kids had a different dentist, and each spoke highly of the dentist they had. So, I'm confident that all of the dentists here are top tier.

They impressed me so much that I scheduled my own appointment. Dr. Dilida made a believer out of me. His professionalism and dedication to his craft was evident. I left the chair without the slightest discomfort.

I can confidently recommend them to anyone in need of excellent dental care.

Have been coming here for many years and Dr. White was great. Not loving the dentist they switched me to by default after Dr. White retired, nor the hygienist I saw today who kept trying to push laser bacterial reduction at $150 out of pocket cost after I declined that add-on at the very beginning of the appointment, but the schedulers seemed open to letting me switch dentists, so that's good.

I recently had an emergency dental situation and was fortunate enough to be treated by Dr. Sugiono. From the moment I contacted the office, I was impressed with the level of care and professionalism. Despite it being a same-day emergency appointment, Dr. Sugiono and the team were incredibly accommodating.

I originally went to see and compare
prices and I had other questions about a procedure being done to My Son at different clinic. Their was two receptionist made me feel dumb and disregard me as a person. Just because of my race made me feel not valued as a Potentially a new customer. Our family values our culture very much, and we are proud of our race and our ethnicity.

My kids have had Dr. Kim as their dentist for 7 years. They like him a lot! He's always kind and gentle and professional. In fact, the entire pediatric staff is kind, gentle, and professional. I always love this dental group and I have nothing against them but I noticed that they are getting more patients lately and I reserved a teeth cleaning appointment for this month 6 months ago and they cancelled it and moved it to 2 months later. They do have other days available but it didn't fit my schedule. It is my second time postponing the appointment till 2 months later due to their full schedule. I do miss these days few years ago when they can put me to other day within a week or so but they are always booked for a month or so.... Just wanted to vent out my frustrations here.

We are new patients and the experience has been great! I brought my two toddlers in last week and the staff and doctor made it enjoyable for my boys. I also came in for myself and had a great experience. The staff and doctors are very knowledgeable and helpful.
