Customer service is not the best, and it seems that having an appointment doesn’t matter; you’ll still end up waiting for two to three hours.

"Best Dental Experience Ever!"
I've always dreaded going to the dentist, but my experience at Royal Dental Group was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere. The staff was incredibly kind, understanding, and patient, explaining every procedure clearly and answering all my questions thoroughly. The Dr. was gentle, skilled, and truly put my comfort at ease. I felt no pain during any of the procedures, and they even gave me a cozy blanket and headphones to relax with during my appointment. I highly recommend Royal Dental Group to anyone looking for a top-notch dental experience!

Been here three times now and have not had a single good experience.
The front desk is not helpful at all. Every time I’ve tried to make an appointment they ask me when I want to come in, I ask when I even can and they say “morning, afternoon, and evening”. I ask about specific days and times and it’s no we aren’t open that time. I ask when they are open and it’s like a repeat of before. Takes forever just to make an appointment because instead of offering me a date and time or listening to what I request, they just say “whenever you want”. Clearly it’s not whenever so just give me options!!

On top of that, I’ve had the same cavity filled twice and both times weren’t done right. First time it immediately felt uncomfortable and like my bite was obstructed. Was painful so I just avoided using that side of my mouth, only for my filling to fall out two weeks later while I was just showering. They also numbed the top of my lip to do it? Not just the inside, but literally on my lip line as if I was getting filler or something. Never seen that before.
Second time they must have over scheduled because I was there, checked out by the nurse, and when the doctor came in he said okay schedule her out to have it filled and immediately walked out. I looked at the nurse and said what do you mean schedule it out? I made this appointment to have it redone NOW, not just have you look at my mouth. They went back and forth before the doctor decided it would be quick enough and he could fit it in. Ridiculous they weren’t going to do what I booked the appointment for and then rushed through it. They didn’t even numb me, was so uncomfortable and they don’t even use a device to help you hold your mouth open. Just rushed through it and now it was done improperly again and hurts more than it ever hurt before. I feel like they possibly damaged a nerve ending or something.

I had 0 pain before any of this and now I’m two improper fillings in with a lot of time I had to take off work and more pain than ever.

This review is only for the customer service, front desk, call center.
1st call to get appointment she told me please call next week because our system is down. What! One week your system will be down lol.
2nd took appointment but long wait 2 months. Ok.
2days before my appointment was at 9AM they rescheduled the appointment for 4PM and did not let me know if I want that or not.
Call them back and they said they have no idea who changed it.
My question is this.
What kind of Service is this?
On my appointment day I get there at 8:45 15 mints before my appointment they told all the customers that the Dr is late and he will be here in 30 mints.
So I checked out at 9:51
MR. Manager or owner please pay attention what your front desk or call center is doing at least not to East people time and not play games with people.
At least bring hire staff to know just a little bet about customers service.

Had a tooth extraction appointment today, started with the worst, horrible and completely unprofessional dental assistant. The patient dental chair in room # 03 was not covered and even was not cleaned after the prior patient. You could see blood spots on patients dental chair. The Dental assistant said if you don’t want to have the procedure on this chair, you can go to a different doctor. Luckily they canceled the procedure. I think the state dental board and infection prevention department should take action and make an inspection on health code violations and reevaluate their license.
They don’t treat patients but spread disease.

Zero Stars! Patients Beware! I went to my initial appointment last week. The front desk lady didn’t look at me at all. I gave her my name and appointment time. She didn’t say have a seat nor did I get “New Patient” paperwork! After 25 minutes I asked her if I could fill out the paperwork and medical questionnaire. She said you don’t need the paperwork, you’re here for your extraction! I said,” no ma’am, I’ve never been here before, this is my first visit. She asked with a rude voice what is your name, I gave her my full name the. She asked me for my DOB. She said yes, it’s you, have a seat you are here for your extraction. I said no you are mistaken. After speaking to her co-worker in another language, they both looked at each other. The other lady said I was there for an extraction. The First Lady gave me the medical questionnaire only. I had to laugh I said you know please just cancel this appointment, you keep insisting I’m here to get my tooth pulled and you’re not listening. I immediately called my insurance and told them what happened, I said in case they try to bill you for a first time cleaning flag this office for Fraud! I was like what a bunch of idiots!

So much work that has been done on my teeth, not only am I more than satisfied with the work, this wonderful dentist office has now become my second family. I wouldn’t dare trust anyone else with my very important teeth. I want to thank Royal dental for being so professional, yet gentle and kind. If I could give 10 stars I would 😁

They have been amazing in terms of identifying all of my dental needs and creating a plan to get them done. The staff is friendly and helpful. Especially Ghunoza!

They’ve also been really helpful working with my insurance to get some of the things I needed covered and I couldn’t be happier about that lol.
