Dr. Yetter is an exceptional physician who truly cares about their patients. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and at ease. Dr. Yetter is definitely one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. I went to see several different doctors for my issue and no one could figure it out except for him. He has wind bedside manners and is it a very intelligent doctor. Also the staff is excellent and very helpful and friendly. I very very highly recommend this doctor and this facility!

Do not ever ever use this group if your doctor uses them for referrals. I just received a certified mailing from them about my visit fee being way overdue and they were sending me to collections. I have never been called or mailed prior. I see other reviews are having similar experiences, probably an employee who handles these things isn't doing their job properly. I called and paid them and they didn't seem shocked that this happened and they had all my accurate info. I am going to now call my primary doctor that referred them and drop them. I was in the pods office for under 5 minutes so this should not have been a thing for the ease of the visit and low amount of billing but they obviously have an issue with processing billings after insurance has issued their portion of compensation. If I could give less than one star I would.

I should of looked at the yelp reviews before I went to the Laguna Hills Office. I have been trying for 2 months to get someone to call me back about a balance due statement that shows charges for 2 night splints totaling $550 that I never received. Every time, I call the office, says someone will call be back and no know ever does. Now, I'm getting 2nd notices to pay! I guess they think if they ignore you long enough you will go away. I have given them every opportunity to correct this, (I understand mistakes can happen) but to ignored and treated me with a pissy attitude when I call them, is just unprofessional. After all it was their office who added the splints to my account, not billing. Perhaps they could take a little responsibility and take 5 minutes to make a call and correct it, to keep a client. I've been going there for years, referred by my sister who is RN at Saddleback and was going to schedule my foot surgery with them but in the end, they just don't want to be bothered with any form of customer service.

Take caution as to how they bill you and your insurance. We had signed a paper at the time of visit before any service was provided and before seeing the Dr. After the the visit the amount billed vs. the amount that was agreed and signed prior to service are different. The amount billed is substantially higher. We have tried to come to terms with the billing department and even though we have it in writing they are not willing to resolve the issue. Unfortunately we have had to take additional measures and file complaints with The State of California and California Medical Board.

I was passing through town and they were able to get me in the next morning to remove ingrown toenails. Professional and helpful staff. Dr. McCann is amazing and very skilled at his profession.

Very poor service. Never saw Dr. Checked in and 45 minutes later I had to ask how much longer. I left.
