Very limited menu, 'build your own' wrap or bowl, both same ingredient options. Sauces were tasty. 2/3 specialty cocktail were decent, average. Service was friendly. Walk up to order. The design and aesthetics are trying real hard for that witchy vibe feel. Overall ok, I wouldn't choose to go back.

I've been to this place 5 times now and have tried quite a bit of their menu. From pizza to hummus plates, spring rolls to skewers, quesadillas, bowls, wraps, and pretty much every type of tea they offer (hot, iced, and boba) - I've given it a fair shot!

The food here is a bit of a mixed bag. Some dishes are really great with awesome flavors and sauces that keep me coming back. Others are just okay. One thing to note - if you're ordering the bowls, they come cold, which wasn't what I expected and honestly wasn't my favorite way to enjoy them.

Here's my main issue though - the ordering system. They have you order at the counter before sitting down, which feels a bit awkward when you're there for a proper sit-down meal. I've brought several friends here, and everyone agrees it's kind of a pain to get settled at your table only to get back up and wait in line to order. It seems like they're trying to be both a casual counter-service spot and a sit-down restaurant, but it's not quite working.

This place has good potential - the kitchen knows how to work with flavors, and they've got some solid dishes on the menu. But they might want to rethink their service style. A switch to regular table service would make the whole experience feel more cohesive and probably make a lot of their customers happier.

I love the Sage & Salt crew with my whole heart! This business feels like a culinary breath of fresh air in our little mountain town, and truly has something for everyone.

I would literally order their sauces by the gallon if I was allowed. Seriously...try all of them... I think about them often. You can tell everything on the menu has so much intention behind it, and they really make sure everything that comes out of the kitchen is up to the Sage and Salt standard. The pizzas are also soooo tasty. The cocktails are so thoughtful and delicious! The spring rolls make me smile!

This place is a regular visit for my family and me 🙂

I swung by Sage and Salt for a cup of tea on a Saturday and it was packed. I tried their hummus plate, and it was a generous portion. The chips tasted a bit burnt and were quite hard.

The wait for the food was quite long- 20 minutes to get the cup of tea and 25 minutes before the arrival of the hummus and pita chips. It was not just my food- there were comments from the people around me as well about the long wait. This place just opened, so it may be a few more weeks before the kitchen gets into its groove.

There was a wide range of people there, with kids playing in the side room, couples at tables, and a large group at the counter. There are two large TV's behind the bar with the sound muted, which gives a classic bar experience without being too distracting. Great vibe overall, just very, very slow food service. I'll likely come back in a few weeks and check it out again when the just-opened kitchen issues are worked out.

Healthy, good food options, the boba tea you have to ask for ice, I think maybe the servers have never had boba tea and don’t understand… you’ll see.

Overall I have enjoyed it going several times.

The service has always been low key bad. Like people are polite but inattentive. Tables were dirty. You have to ask for the check a couple times. Orders came out wrong every time. But no biggie for us but a deal breaker for some.
