Highly recommended! I have been a patient of Dr. Kim for almost 14 years! This has been the best place ever for my dental needs and I had excellent experiences ! Everyone in the office was very friendly , courteous , pleasant and professional from Dentists to dental assistants to receptionist ! First of all, Dr Kim was very kind, gentle, professional and skilled ! His bedside manner is outstanding!He made me feel very comfortable and I believe the treatment plan Dr recommended had my best interest! Dr. Kim provided excellent dental works and stood by his quality of care!
Secondly, Janet , the dental hygienist was excellent! She did an awesome job to clean my teeth and giving me educational tips and information to take care my teeth!
Thirdly, the billing was precisely done and front desk staffs explained throughout the
procedures , the charge and insurance cover. I was happy with the co payments that were not outrageous! My friend and his family already changed their dentist from Gilroy to come to Dr. Kim here at Salinas Smile!

From day one, the team at Salinas Smiles has been great. The front office staff is always friendly and helpful with getting me situated and ready for my appointment. The tech team is thorough and attentive in documenting any concerns I have and work well with the dentists. The dentists themselves are extremely gentle in their treatments no matter what procedure I am having performed. From fillings to root canals, I’ve never had a problem with any of the dentists. They also go the extra mile to explain the issue and what to look for in the future. Bar none, my favorite dental office.

Best dental office ever. The staffs are really friendly and welcoming. After moving to a new job and not having Salinas Smiles dental group as my Dentist I refused to go to anywhere else. When they are working on my teeth, they’ve never hurt me before. They make sure that I’m okay before, during, after the procedure. They keep me updated with what they’ll be working on for that day. They let me know what will be the next procedure for next follow up.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now. Before I found this location I had gone to two other places. The front desk people and even the Drs themselves were always in a rush, moody or made you feel a certain way if one set ego ask a question. As if you asking the question was such a hassle for them to answer. A friend recommended this location and since day ONE I loved it! Not only are the ladies in the front fest super friendly but also the people in the back. I’ve been seen by Leslie a few times and this recent time Dr Sarah Chang helped me. They both were super friendly and were willing to answer with detail any concern I had. I’ve recommended 4 people to this location and they all say the same thing. Clean location, friendly and great at their job!!
