Poor first experience. First appointment set for 11:00 AM for my 90 year old mother. I had called the day before to confirm and ask about parking which was explained to me. We arrived at 10:30AM the day of the appointment and no one was in their office. I called several times while waiting in an outside lobby and no answer. Several minutes past 11 I decided to leave ( got the car from across the street parking lot) when suddenly two people appeared to go into the office. They were the admins who apparently were late. They told me the office opens at 11 ( the time of the appointment) but the website states they open at 10:00 AM. Anyways that morning they both were later than the appointment start and no courtesy to answer the calls, explain in advance in case they would be late for what to do. Needless to say I am walking away from this practice.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Santos for years now and I love how attentive and transparent she is. I enjoy getting my cleaning work done because of how gentle she is as well as her husband. She has also been great seeing my parents. During arrival and check out the receptionist Ginger is always so sweet and welcoming. They all make me come back to them even if I’m miles away. Thank you for all you do.

Office is always kept clean .

Dr Maria is the absolute best-my family and I have been going to her for years. she has an amazing staff- very knowledgeable- every time I walk in I’m warmly greeted and helped at the actual appointment time - they are very organized and time accurate- not like other doctors who have you waiting an hour in the waiting room- she is always the sweetest person and very knowledgeable- they breakdown the information in a way that her clients can understand what’s going on with thier teeth- the best dentist I’ve ever had
