The front office staff here was very professional, courteous, and efficient. The team in the back office was great as well from the tech, To the dental assistant, and finally the dentist. He was very kind to my older mother. As he shared, he has an older father. Great, What is the dentist referred to as age-appropriate restorative work!!

Friendly, efficient staff. From the front desk to the dentist's chair, a very pleasant experience. The hygienist/doctor is excellent. No pain! I never thought I'd say I love a dental office, but I love this place!

Ok your going to think I'm crazy for driving an hour to see this dentist but let me just tell you why I did...This dental office is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I don't make reviews unless a company truly deserves it. The people who work here will make you smile because they are extremely helpful, inviting, and hard working. I have had horror stories as far as dentist go so this dentist shocked me. I got a root canal and I didn't feel one thing. Im not exaggerating at all. I got a whole root canal and felt absolutely nothing... Not even the shot. This dentist is kind, and funny. When he's working he's calm and collected and he will tell you "everything is ok" if you get nervous. His voice is warm and soft and will comfort you. This office goes above and beyond and if I move out of state I will take a flight to get back to them. 😆

I have had discomfort with a wisdom recently and it needed attention. So this is my experience with San Pedro Dental......

While I was assigned to a reputable named dental institution for my current dental care, I solicited to have this changed. The work I received from my previous practitioner was poor and the association between dr, to patent or even from the office assistance's with the patient was futile.
Going through the labors of getting work done to one's own dental hygiene can be a deterrent in itself let alone getting scammed and or leaving feeling incomplete.
After time, the poor work I had gotten had begun to appear in pain. So I called San Pedro Dental Care and asked if they were taking new patients. I communicated with Mildred and because of my irritation she was kind enough to line up me up for an examination appt that same afternoon. I did my due diligence and acquired the information she required of me.
Upon my arrival with the examination of the waiting room, it was easy to understand it was a busy afternoon for them.
When I meet the dr. he was very kind to meeting me. He provided me an honest assessment of my needs and explained each detail to me on what it was I needed. Where my hygiene was at this time and where it needed to go. I appreciated this honesty and did not think long before I agreed to move ahead with future appts. Mildred shared with me the cost and options in dates.
Shorty after the doctor had agreed to fit me into their scheduled appts that same afternoon to begin the work that I needed for relief. I appreciated that greatly. I shouldn't have been seen the same day and let alone getting work done the same day. That showed me they are in care of the patients well being.
The dr then took a minute of his time to disclose and share the analytic to my unease. I believe this kinda dialogue helps us understand and establish a healthier relationship into self care and a better understanding and appreciation of our own bodies.
In conclusion, a great Dr. , great staff, a very, very clean and friendly environment. I was treated well and I think we all deserve that kind of service. So thank you San Pedro Dental.

Dr Ellertson is wonderful. I had a traumatic experience as a child & has always been afraid of dentist. Have not gone in 30years. 😳😫. The Dr made me feel comfortable from the start. I just had all extractions & a full set of dentures 2 days ago & have felt no pain. So far so good. Front desk girls are very professional. Very positive experience.
