Brice took the time to listen to the symptoms I was having. He was thorough in explaining things, instructions, and plan of care. The targeted exercises are very effective. I feel so much better now. It definitely helped improve my life.

Brice Goode is an amazing PT, and he made me feel both heard and seen during my entire visit. He was patient and empathetic and everything that I would want from a physical therapist. The rest of the staff was equally helpful and kind and gave me a wonderful experience.

Unfortunately, I can't review the actual services, but the business practices. It took me a week of calling and leaving messages to get someone on the phone to schedule an appointment. They did not send me a confirmation email/text. I called about 15 times to confirm the appointment time and left several messages that went unanswered. They did not respond to any of my emails or voicemails. I still have not heard from them. It's baffling to me that a business could be so unresponsive and still function. I wonder what's going on.

I am no longer satisfied with Select Physical Therapy. The issue is not the physical therapist -- it is there policy of one therapist treating two clients during a 1-hour session. I'd prefer to work with 1 therapist for 30-minutes of dedicated attention than to spit it with another patient -- and have divided attention from the therapist. There is a lot of wasted time when a therapist is working with two clients who have very different needs.
