I had a troubling experience at Select Physical Therapy that left me feeling disappointed, discouraged and uncomfortable.

I had to cancel an appointment due to feeling unwell but confirmed my next appointment by responding to their text as I was feeling fine by then. However, upon my arrival, the physical therapist, Ying, didn't expect me and he repeatedly questioned my well-being throughout the session, despite my assurances that I was fine. This continuous badgering as well as disparaging comments made me feel discouraged, uncomfortable and embarrassed, especially in front of other clients and therapists.

As a professional business, I expected a higher standard of care and encouragement from Select Physical Therapy. My experience fell short of these expectations, leading me to cancel all my appointments. Patients deserve to feel supported and respected. Staff members should promote a positive and encouraging environment.

Alex has been spot on about my recovery from my knee replacement. I’ve taken exercises in the experience and I do the exercises on a regular day. Awesome improvement.
