This team is the BEST!! I've had the pleasure of working with them for corporate health insurance for many years and it's always been very professional and the best customer service. This past month, Brandy helped a family member move to Medicare from commercial insurance. Shelia J Butler & Co are just awesome!! I spoke with representative Kristen Stanfill and she was an absolute joy! She was friendly, attentive, and personably. Not exactly traits you find in many places. Guest service seems to be rare these day,,, but not at SJB and co !!! I wish there were 10 stars to give off of my experience with Kristen alone !

I would highly recommend Sheila J. Butler & Company. Kristy has gone above and beyond to help out in any way needed. We have a company with about 70 employees and they came out to explain the different policies and answer questions but the service didn't stop there, they provided training and their email response time is amazing. Insurance can be intimidating and this team will walk you through it step by step to make the process as easy as possible.

I made a appointment to learn about all the different medicare options. My wife and I met with Leigh Fulton.
When we left after our meeting with Leigh she had explained to us in a way we could understand all the misconceptions that me and my wife had. My wife has worked for one of the largest health care companies and she was totally impressed with Leigh.
