Disappointed in the service wen I called they were taking new patients but on the day of my appointment their was not one person in the building I had also called ahead to assure them I'd be their even though the roads were very bad it had snowed and was very icy on the roads and had not received a courtesy call stating that they would not be there due to the weather so I went home and tried calling their office in Salem to reschedule and was then told they weren't talking my insurance nor would they take any state insurance other than that they were decent to me about not getting nasty towred me and they couldn't really give me any advice on who I could go to for dental services here in Arkansas so sorry we couldn't have gotten a better outcome here they seem decent just mite have been a bad day for all thank you Mr Shelton's reception for taking my call have a blessed day

Went in with a severe toothache, they took an X-ray and got straight to business and had my tooth out and the abscess gone within 15 minutes. No long wait time, very polite and homey staff. Dr Shelton was all for my comfort And periodically checking to make sure I felt no pain at all. Talked me through every step he was doing. 10/10 I would recommend.
