SO gentle with the kiddos—one of mine gets super anxious, but they are so calm and supportive that he came home and said “mom that was fun!!”. I’m pretty sure we’ve also have had the same dental hygienist each time, so it’s been nice to have consistency at the appointments. Dr Sheppard explains everything really well at the end and doesn’t rush you out; he really takes his time and is absolutely amazing.

The front office staff is always very welcoming and courteous! Laura is an awesome hygienist! She always has a wonderful disposition and takes her time. Dr Sheppard is always so friendly and interactive with the pts from the little pts to the older children. He takes his time to explain the visit outcome. We have one more year with Sheppard Dentistry before my son graduates out to an adult dentist and we will be very sad since he’s been with this practice since he was 2 years old.
