I thought I will not post this review because I hate doing this but customer support is so pathetic that instead of pacifying in 5 months they provoked me to write this.
They just messed up tooth by not refilling it properly. I revisited Dr twice but it never got better.And when I asked him he said it happens and I have to be careful while eating anything hard from that side forever or it may get okay with time some people are more sensitive. He asked me to just give time.Than I had to go on summer vacation so we were out of country for two months with painful tooth( It just ruined my whole trip). After coming back I visited again for cleaning but due to pain after discussing with dr I refused to get cleaning Because I WAS IN PAIN, which they were not bothered only thing they bothered were it was cleaning visit.After brief discussion , Doctor did my x-rays and then referred me to a specialist which they collaborated with and when I call they asked me to book for root canal without even looking at it. I never went there.
Than they kept bothering with insurance details which they already had, I never changed my insurance but they didn’t believe me. And when I said I refuse to pay because they were insensitive didn’t even bother to apologise once during this whole episode. She said she is helping me because my insurance won’t have problem to pay.
All I want to say is medical profession is about care and sensitivity not just about getting money out of your pocket.

Shore views staff are efficient, kind, and so accommodating! Me and my family have been under their care for years, Jane is great and always does a great job! My kids also love Dr. Vafi, great care and service, highly recommended for entire families!

I’ve been going to Shore View Dental for a couple years now, and so far my experience has been very positive. The dental hygienists are top notch (very professional and thorough during the cleanings), and my dentist has been great too. Administrative staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!

Dr.Vafi has made it an amazing experience for both me and my son. As a parent seeing my son enjoy his dentist gives me so much happiness. When we go in Dr.Vafi greats him and makes him feel excited to be there. He only 4 and get excited to go see the dentist. I recommend anyone to go to shoreview dental. The best part they do adults as well!

Love Shoreview Dental! The staff is always friendly - my dentist is kind, compassionate and explains things in a way that is sensitive and thorough - which I really appreciate. I’ve seen two or three hygienists now, and each one seems experienced, confident and understanding of my personal needs. Keep up the good work guys!

Great family dentistry office - my entire family comes here, including my two young kids. Office staff is responsive, communicative, and great at follow up. My husband and I have been happy with our experience but it is the pediatric practice that sets this office apart from the rest - my kids honestly look forward to their appointments - friendly decor and staff, entertainment, and little prizes.

I have experienced quite a few dentists throughout my life experience but Shoreview dental is where I feel the most comfortable.and I’ve never had to wait long to be seen and all the dentists , dental hygienists and especially the one I had today was the best. The office staff have all been pleasant, competent and helpful. Dr Vafi was incredible with giving the dental care to my now adult children. I’ve never had less than excellent dental care .
