This place is absolutely the best, every single staff member is so kind and thoughtful. Sam Ip explained everything and made me feel at ease before and during my procedure. Even checking in later that day to see how I was feeling. A scary situation made way less scary, and they gave me dollar store glasses to shield my eyes during the procedure (that I let my kiddo have- and he loves them).

This office comes highly recommended! Dr. Ip and his staff were amazing... I was in excruciating tooth pain all night and their office got me in the next day and did my procedure in a couple of hours. Dr. Ip was very gentle and took the time to thoroughly explain everything he was doing, as well as my options. He made a very unpleasant situation bearable! Thank you!

Dr. Sam is extraordinary. He constantly kept me informed throughout the procedure what was coming next. He and his assistant had quick and accurate communication, obviously they had done this before. If I need this type of procedure again I will not hesitate to visit Dr. Sam.

Although I had plenty of endodontists to choose from in my area, I chose to go out of my way to see Dr. Ip this morning. His staff scheduled me in quickly at a time that suited my needs and the entire process was seamless. Dr. Ip was incredibly thorough in diagnosing me and was honest in his treatment plan. He wasn't pushy at all and did not use any scare tactics like others I've encountered.

I am no stranger to dental work due to poor oral hygiene as a child coupled with genetics so I have encountered many dentists in my day. This was my third root canal with my third endodontist and Dr. Ip truly wowed me.

While, yes, he is skilled at what he does and is able to get you in and out of the office quickly, what stood out about Dr. Ip was his chair side manner. He could very well be a motivational speaker on the side if he wanted. Dr. Ip was constantly cheering me on with phrases like "Okay, you're almost there" or "You're doing great!" and "You did it!" when he was the one doing all of the work. He also communicated with me what sounds and feelings I would experience so that I was never surprised by anything. I simply just relaxed in his comfortable clinic chair, opened my mouth, and listed to my audiobook while he worked his magic.

Thank you Dr. Ip and his lovely team for a great experience (wait, can root canals be great?) and for allowing me to eat ice cream without pain again!
