Amazing quality for a fair price! It is difficult to find grain finished beef in California, but the Silvas do it right! No need for the Pepsi challenge with this beef, you can see the quality immediately and the flavor is just phenomenal. Butchered, packaged, labeled, beautiful cuts for a great price. I'm on my second quarter of beef from Silva's and I'm gonna keep coming back.

I had prayed before looking for somewhere to buy cow from. After reading excellent reviews from google I looked through their website and saw they donated a portion to convey of Hope, Soldiers of Faith, and EEM I knew God had answered my prayers leading me to the perfect place to order from. Their meat is excellent! Best around! Tracy and Gary are wonderful people! If you’re looking for a place to buy a 1/4 or more cow you have stumbled upon the best place possible. We’ll be ordering more in the future. Everyone that has tried any part of our orders has loved it. My daughters hate hamburger meat but will actually eat all of it if it is Silvia’s hamburger meat!

Silva’s all natural beef has been absolutely stellar in every fashion. From being a welcoming local family, to being generous with their offers and advice, this family has been fantastic and their product is great. We picked up a quarter cow and after being previously disappointed with pure grass fed, they set us right with grain finished beef. It’s fantastic and worth the price.

I have been on a carnivore diet for some years now but, as you know the price of grass fed beef meant I didn't always choose that at the market. The cost comparison on the Silva's website convinced me that for a few dollars more I could enjoy the health benefits of clean, natural, steroid and antibiotic free beef...every day. If you have the freezer space this a great value and in regard to quality this is the best meat I have every tasted. Plus, Gary and Tracy are two of the finest people you could hope to meet. This was an amazing experience Tracy and her husband are such pleasant people, courteous amazing, and the quality and quantity of beef for the price is absolutely phenomenal. Silvas All Natural Beef has been a godsend. I was tired of spending money at the grocery store for beef that wasn’t good quality and was terribly over priced. When I found that Silvas All Natural Beef was local I jumped on the opportunity to buy a quarter of beef from them. The quality of their meat is amazing! It comes with a huge variety of cuts that will easily fill your deep freezer. Tracy and her husband were so kind. They answered any questions we had about the beef, and shared a ton of knowledge with my husband and I about their farm and how the meat is processed. We will definitely be buying our meat exclusively from them. You cannot beat the quality, price, and the fact that our purchase goes into helping the local community.

I searched the local area for grass fed beef and found Silvas all natural beef. So happy we did. The process was very straightforward. Tracy was very helpful explaining the process and answering questions and so is their website which lists approximately what you get. We purchases 1/4 cow. So far we've only had some of the ground beef. It made excellent burgers with just a little salt and pepper. We are very happy and have already recommended to friends and family. All cuts come labeled and vacuum sealed. Picking up the beef was easy and pleasant. A short drive just east of Galt. Our kids had fun picking grapes. Gary and Tracy are great people that we look forward to doing business with again in the future.
