They’ve cancelled my appointment over 5 times. Every time they do, I try to compromise on rescheduling because I really like the services they provide but dude, I can’t be the only one that keeps trying to adjust to whatever is convenient for them. When I make appointments, I block out my hours or days that is needed in case something changes last minute. Why can’t you guys do the same? If you are unable to accept clients at a certain time then please block out the scheduling! This is ridiculous! I have certain events that I attend that’s why I get these services done but I always get screwed over the last minute and I end up struggling to look for people that would take me in at such short notice. I keep giving this business a chance cause I understand what it’s like to be short staffed but this business needs a better way to manage their time! Ridiculous!!

What a joke. I wish 0 stars was an option. I booked a 5pm sugar Brazilian and when I arrived the door was locked and lights off. No one answering the phone. Responding to texts. I should have anticipated this. Almost a year ago they canceled my appointment 3 hours before I was supposed to come in... non existent customer service. Luckily I live close and didn't drive far. Will never give them by business.

Very poor customer service. Very flaky. I drove an hour to an appointment that was a no show from them. They claimed my appointment didn’t show up on their booking although I made my appointment several days in advance. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and re-scheduled. Drove an hour AGAIN for them to cancel last minute, claiming a power outage. However, I was already there and all business in that area had power. Such a shame because I heard great things but too flaky for me!

I’ve never had such inexplicably bad customer service ever. Alexis at Skin Logic did very spare eyelash extensions that were okay for an interim, less than two weeks prior. A little back and forth: I tried to reach Alexis by text for two days to reschedule the fill appointment, failing that I reached out to the owner. Alexis suddenly texted me upset that I hadn’t reached out to her directly, she could cancel the appointment and I could reschedule when I was ready. Wait, what? I told her I was able to make an appointment online for 2pm Sunday and confirmed it. I was looking forward to getting more of a full classic fill in my next appointment. Sunday morning, she called to change my appointment to 2:45pm. Then she called again to say she had to run home to Santa Rosa from Petaluma to get her equipment, could I wait till 3:30pm? I live pretty far away in another county; I had lost at least a dozen eyelashes and they had to be removed at least. She flies back to Skin Logic about 3:20p and lo and behold, she has two clients waiting! She said she couldn’t reschedule my appointment for at least two weeks since she was booked up! On my recommendation, I am embarrassed that someone booked a facial with Alexis. I am out more than time and money, customer service like this goes beyond logic and reason.

Came here for the microderm facial… it was one of the best experiences of my life. I saw the incredible Elizabeth and she was phenomenal. She told me what to expect; if something would tingle, etc. my skin has never felt more amazing.

Lia’s the best. She always tailors the facials to your specific skin type and personal needs. I’m also very picky about my brows, and she’s the only one I trust! She’s great at everything she does and she genuinely cares about her clients! I commute from Marin county just to come see her. Highly recommend.

Wow, I had a great experience at Skin Logic! It was a really pretty, clean and professional environment. I appreciated Elizabeth explaining everything to me and being very kind and friendly. Awesome experience. I would highly recommend them!
