Been coming here for years and today I received Extremely rude service. To myself & also the other customers in the nail salon. Clients are coming here and paying good money for service and don’t deserve to be treated disrespectfully. Do better.

We came in last week for 3 pedicures. We made an appointment in advance. We also made it very clear this appointment was for MY WEDDING DAY. They sat my daughter down first, and told my mother and I that we had to wait for our chairs to become available. After 20 minutes we were finally in a chair. The service from there was okay. My mom is diabetic and her feet are very sensitive and she told him multiple times he was hurting her, and his continued response was "I'm not hurting you." They did the typical trying to upsale services by asking if I wanted my daughters nails painted for $10 and asking my mom if she wanted to pay $7 for additional foot scrub. Once it was time to pay, they informed my mom they were charging her $10 to remove her former nail polish. And then had the audacity to ask her who and how much would be tipped. It was very rude I would not recommend this location. Do yourself a favor, and go literally anywhere else.

I usually don’t do bad reviews. But today I really got upset and I paid for service that I didn’t get. A while ago I had gone and I had a bad service by a guy who didn’t do a good job either. I stopped going for a while and went to different place. Unfortunately, that place was closed today so I decided to give them a second chance. I told him I wanted A deluxe pedicure and manicure.
Unfortunately, I had the same experience but this time with the young lady. She barely touched my feed. I feel like my feet only got soaked, nail cut, and then nails painted. That was not a deluxe pedicure I was paying for. When I told her she needed to take the dead skin off, she said “we cant do that you need to come more often”. I’m sorry, but my feet are not that dry she only put a cream underneath my foot and barely touched with the yellow sponge or whatever it’s called. So that was the first red flag it got me thinking here we go again. When she got to my manicure she only soak my fingers, cut and file my nails then said she was “done”. I asked her don’t you put like a lotion or something. I feel like we’re missing a couple steps. This didn’t feel like a deluxe pedicure or manicure. So one of the guy (worker) said “yes she needs to give you a massage on your hands. She will do it right now”. So I just got up and left I told her she wasn’t doing her job. I was upset because I was paying $68.00 for something she wasn’t doing I could’ve done that at home. As I was paying a lady(customer) said “your right they’re not doing what they supposed to be doing.” I’m glad I wasn’t the only one thinking the same thing. So less and learn here. I will definitely will not be going back. If you’re looking for a place that they’re gonna do their job for what you’re paying for let’s just say this is not the place $68.00 it’s not cheap.

Went in for a new full set and it’s terrible. Nails are uneven. Cuticles were not filed or pulled back, isn’t the same with as my natural nail. It’s very sloppy and I’m super disappointment. Paid over $120

I just added photos of the attempted fix terrible. I won’t go there ever again.

This was my first time using this salon and I received the absolute best pampered treatment!! Both my pedicure and my nails look beautiful and both technicians were gentle, friendly and my appointments were completely uninterrupted. Shout out to Julie and Douglas for spoiling me so!! I will be returning as a regular!
