I had my first visit to Dr. Gong's office and I couldn't be more pleased. The scheduling process was incredibly efficient, making it easy to find a convenient appointment time. Dr. Gong herself is both honest and professional, taking the time to thoroughly and carefully clean my teeth. She provided excellent advice on what I should do to maintain my dental health. I'm very impressed with the quality of care I received and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

I've been seeing Dr. Gong for a year now. She and her staffs are incredibly professional and nice. I would highly recommend her to anybody who is looking for a dentist.

Before seeing Dr. Gong, I was going to a dental office next door (Jade Lyle in Jonathan Lee's office), where I felt I was constantly ripped off, including the dentist recommended me filling TEN teeth, while I had no issue with my teeth, and selling me $25 tooth paste. When I started seeing Dr. Gong and asked her if any of my teeth needed any filling, she did not see any needs. I actually saw another highly rated dentist before Dr. Gong, who also did not see any needs for any filling.

I had mild gum recession with one of my teeth. My previous dentist recommended me to go a gum graft, which in my opinion is a quite invasive surgery. I brought up the issue with Dr. Gong, she was able to just fill my exposed gum with a filling, which was a simple solution which helped to prevent my root to exposed to prevent the condition from getting worse. It worked very well so far.

Unlike other dentists who always seem to rush and only spend a few mins with each patient, she is very patient in addressing my questions about any concerns regarding my teeth. It has always been pleasant experience going to her office.

BEST DENTIST AND ASSISTANT, HANDS DOWN

I had to go in for a checkup before an upcoming flight and had the lovely surprise of having 4 SURPRISE CAVITIES that had sneaked into my mouth, undetected. Who knew liking sugar had consequences?

But you know what? Dr. Rebecca and her awesome assistant went out of their way to schedule me in ASAP so I wouldn't have to reschedule my flight later that week and vanquished those unwelcome guests THE SAME AFTERNOON. Absolute legends.

Honestly the most personable, professional, and friendly dentist and dental assistant is the history of like, ever.

Dr. Gong was also super knowledgeable and the entire office was up-to-date with modern equipment and an overall great vibe. I had a great experience and am a customer for life!

The Gongs are excellent. I received 3 root canals and 3 crowns from their office, and I won't go anywhere else! Julie is the best dental assistant that anyone could ask for, and shame on Google because this is a 6 star establishment. Thank you for fixing my smile!

This place was super disappointing. It had 5 star ratings which is partly why I went. Must be all fake. I have had very good dental insurance so I know how it is to receive good dental care. It was easy to make an appt the man on the phone was nice at first. Dr. Gongs office was empty when I arrived which was a red flag. She did not review my x-rays with me nor did I receive a treatment plan. She cleaned my teeth herself with a drill for maybe 15 min max. She never used a scraper or flossed my teeth which I have had a good cleaning done before so it was suspicious. I have never felt so much ache and bleeding after a cleaning before. I was then told I needed a root canal but my insurance would not cover it or extractions and gave me a prescriptionfor antibiotics. Lies. They just did not want to do the prior-authorization paperwork to get it approved. Because she drilled around the base of my teeth to "clean" them, fillings near those areas began falling off. I also had some of my tooth fall off. I have never had this happen before. I tried to call to find out what they could do and the man said I can try some place else or he will ask the dentist and call me back. Still no call back. I feel like they don't care and only used me for a higher insurance payout without doing the work and because I don't have premium insurance I'm not worth their time. Will be reporting to the state and dental board.
