I went for a free consultation and Dr. Roche and Saylor were great. Saylor answered all of my questions and made my process quick and easy. When I decided to start treatment, I was able to get my braces on the same say as my consultation. Dr. Roche talked me through every concern that I had with my smile. It was great to feel that he actually cares more about me being happy with my results at minimal cost to me instead of selling me on procedures that I didn’t really need. I’m looking forward to my perfect smile ahead with Smile Doctors and Dr. Roche!

Smile doctors wasn’t my son’s original orthodontist but they were willing to see my son and size him for new retainers that he needed. My son’s original orthodontist retired. Everyone in the office was really nice and I’m happy they were able to help my family.

So far, we've had an excellent experience with Dr. Roche and his office staff. He is an excellent communicator, thorough, and intelligent. The office staff was very friendly, and helped us to get a consultation, and initial appointment very quickly. The facility is clean and well-kept. My kid had a great first appointment, and I have high hopes for a really positive experience over the next 18-24 mos of treatment. I have not price-shopped for other ortho treatment, so I don't have any others to compare. I took the word of my dentist on his referral, and I am super thrilled, over all.

I came here after not getting good service from another orthodontist. They are great!! Especially Saylor!!! Doctor Roche found that I needed to have more work done on my teeth and offered to take my braces off for free to get my work done before having to shell out all the money after my teeth are fixed. I appreciate him so much and I am so thankful!! I will be back after I get my teeth worked on!!!

Unfortunately, I can’t give a rating higher than 1/5 due to my experience with Invisalign at this office. I have been a patient here for approximately 24 years, even before it became Smile Doctors, and this was my third revision for tooth alignment.

For this latest adjustment, I opted for Invisalign to correct a minor issue. The original treatment plan was expected to last one year, but I ended up wearing the aligners for over two years due to a single tooth that refused to move into place. While I truly appreciate the office’s continued efforts to resolve the issue, the treatment was ultimately unsuccessful.

When my treatment plan ended, I inquired about switching to traditional braces to correct the problem tooth. Unfortunately, I was informed that this would be considered a new treatment plan, requiring an additional payment of approximately $2,000 for 6–9 months of braces on my top teeth. While I understand the business aspect of this decision, I had hoped that, as a loyal patient of two decades, some form of accommodation could be made or at least offer the metal braces at cost.

Ultimately, while most people may not notice my single, mildly misaligned tooth, I do—and that’s what matters to me. From the beginning, I made it clear that this specific tooth was my top priority, yet despite years of treatment, it remains uncorrected. With the amount of money I paid for the Invisalign treatment, this is simply unacceptable.

Due to this experience, I can no longer recommend Smile Doctors in Columbus for Invisalign treatment. The staff is always very friendly and professional, but if you are considering Invisalign through this office, I would advise caution, and select an office that is locally owned.

I Loveeeeee the vibes I got from the whole experience today and team!!!!!! The Doctor is awesome and the young ladies in office as well. Great bedside manners and make everyone feel welcome, even if you have had braces more than once like me. Hahaha!
