I got my braces with Smile Shine, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
As an adult who had crooked teeth my whole life, finally getting braces was a big deal for me. The whole staff at Smile Shine made the process so easy. Once I got the braces on, I felt like they were committed to making progress each time I came in for an appointment. Whether it was for an adjustment or to change my rubber bands, I felt good about the direction I was headed.
I was always self conscious about my smile before, but now I feel so much more confident and am able to express myself.
I really would like to thank everyone at Smile Shine for changing my life. Thank you so much!

Very dishonest. Be really careful if you go here. They’ll try to do work or charge you for things you don’t need or didn’t have done. Then they’ll offer you a cash deal. Blue Shield is pissed at them and said they’re going to drop them from their network.

(And to their reply, You are correct, you don’t have ‘Jeff Owens’ in your system). I’m not sure why my name would be relevant to my review and the experience I had in your office anyways. The most important thing is that you guys wanted to crown, a crown… I took their estimate to my current dentist and he laughed at them.

These people working here are the Best dental personel I have ever been served from. When you get there you usually dont have a long wait time. But the service....🤗. They know what they are doing. They don't beat around the bush and help you in any way possible.. my whole family goes there. And they are very sweet and gentle when they work on you. If I could give them fifty stars I would. I really like this place. Everyone is very friendly and professional. I called them for an appointment for my daughter due to dental pain and they were able to see her and treat her immediately even though she was a new patient. I will definitely be bringing my entire family here. Highly recommend this place.

I brought my mom into the office. She was in a lot of pain for several days and we were immediately able to get an appointment at Smile Shine Dental. Though it was our first time there, they took us in immediately and within that first trip, my moms pain was gone. Everyone from the receptionists to the Doctors were all so kind and helpful. I will definitely be retuning with my whole family for our next dentist visit.

Let me start by saying the front desk staff is amazing, the kindest people. And the doctor seems knowledgeable. The person who goes over finances with you is pretty rude. She really pushes carecredit on you and really pushes to get the services done same day. I dont have insurance but told them I would be getting it in 3 months or so. They said you can do carecredit for now and when I get my insurance, they can check what's covered and refund me the rest. I work in the medical field, if services are rendered on a certain date and insurance becomes active after that, there is no insurance coverage for those services.

Honestly I really wanted to like this place, because that's the impression I got when I first walked in. But when I asked the finances person if there was anything they could do today and she gives me the little head jiggle while saying sarcastically "well they could polish your teeth", I was really turned off. Thanks but no thanks.

They always do a great job on my cleaning. Aren't too rough and when i need work done such as filings, they explain and let me know. When they are doing my filings they make sure to ask if I’m Ok and comfortable. Overall great experience.
