They helped me with a dental emergency but I missed an appointment due to being sick after being on 3 different sets of antibiotics that wiped out my immune system and slept through being able to call due to insomnia condition. Eileen did not care. I got called someone could have sworn it was Eileen but she says it wasn't her made an exception made and I was all set for a root canal I am in need of but got a call today the day before the appointment and was told that the policy does not have exceptions by Eileen. She thinks she is a gift and anyone suffering better fit into her timetable life never happens people do not have conditions that are worth making exceptions for. Eileen you are clearly in a better place in life than any of your patients it would be nice if you found some patience for them. Eileen life is more than black and white. If your patients have mental special needs and they have clearly expressed that to you you should be more understanding. A doctor on my first visit removed one of my wisdom teeth and she was very nice and helpful. That is why the 2 stars. It would have been 5 but Eileen. I understand the need and the demand you guys are under. But you are holding your ability to treat hostage if someone makes 1 mistake if missing a visit no exceptions no understand of outside medical factors. Insensitive to special needs***

There is no reason why this organization should only exhibit 5 stars on their reviews, especially when they have an only case manager named Eileen working for them.

According to what she relayed to myself, any and all cases pending approval or denial of services -- moreover when I know I qualify to be approved -- is handled all on her own.

I get it that there might be a discrepancy of a few weeks delay in approval of cases, especially around the Holidays, yet my case is still pending approval since the end of November 2021.

At this rate, I don't expect a response from her, and have been singled out due to a biast that is boiling over, making my approval or denial an impossibiity. Who knows, I might have been thrown to the back burner, but still, I feel I am being singled out for whatever nefarious or unjust reasons.

For this sole reason, I am giving this orgazination 1 star, because I am not corresponded with, and/or Eileen (the case manager) is expecting me to simply go away.

All I can say is if you know you qualify, be very wary as she has all the patience in the world to not approve you, if she feels you did something not to her liking.

Think twice before you make that call because their website can cite certain non-guarantees they can't promise, or you too can be met with resistance to not facilitate or have your approval or denial expedited in a timely manner. You too can be waiting for months on end with no response, or reply in sight.

Steer clear, but if you can't, you'll be lucky to be contacted right away, and if you have a dental crisis, don"t count on this organization while Eileen is "approving" your case. She may take half a year for an honest, professional & courteous reply.

Also be extremely cautious, she will throw templates at you so much, and after jumping through all the hoops she makes you jump through, it may still not be enough to satisfy her apetite for your fate in being approved, or simply denied. Knowing her, she possibly revels in not approving cases she deems not worthy of approval, like mine.
