I've been going to this dental office for almost 1 year for cleaning services/ routine exams. Every time everyone seems nice and professional never had a bad experience until last week when I went in for my extractions My appointment was as at 10:30. I didn't see the dr. Until 12:45. When he finally came in he was the most rude human being. Came in mumbling something about putting extra bone and it was $1200 + dls. He put in 2 syringes of anesthesia on each side of my mouth and left again for another 30+ minutes. I was finally taking to the back room for the extraction and without even a warning or nothing he went ahead and pull the tooth out. I was little shook by his aggressive behavior and I yelled out a bit. He was like "be quiet, there's other patients here" he was so rude. Before he touch my left side in told him i wasn't numb completely. He disregard and continued to try and pull the tooth out. And again I scream. He got mad once more and i though I told you not to scream". After this experience I might have to look for another dentist. His behavior was so unprofessional.

I've been to alot of different dentist places thru out the years. This one is the best one so far. The customer service is 10 out of 10. The staff the nurses everyone here is really cool. I'm so glad I found this place. Hopefully they keep up the good work. But something tells me this is how they get down. Thanks guys

The worst experience with these people. Went to get an extraction done and it took them more than 2 hours and then they finally put me in a little area where I still had to wait still. Dr came in speaking Spanish, never introduced himself or anything he just starts talking and when I said excuse me he tried to play it off like he was talking to his assistant. He left and never came back, Nelly came in trying to collect money before they even did anything and she never got back to any of the 4 calls I had left for her. Natalie came in after and asked if I wanted water or to go get food, told her I wanted to get the procedure done so I could go home. I ask her to please check with dr to see how much longer and she left and never came back. They left me sitting in the back so I got up and walked to leave and they tried to stop me and tell me something but I told them it was ridiculous to wait that long. When I was making my way towards the front all the employees had cleaned up and were leaving, they also had the front lobby lights off. This place was ridiculous they overbook patients with the specialist and want to bill you some outrageous amount that was never talked about and try to practically turn the lights off when patients are still there. In the end nobody could find where the specialist was supposedly. Once I left they kept blowing up my phone but it was ridiculous. Disappointed in this place because initial visit was smooth and quick. Don’t come here if you want to get ripped off.

Went in with a broken crown, they wrote able to fix right away, Luke the dental assistant was great! Front desk awesome! Great customer service!
