I've been needing orthodontic work since childhood, and was able to finally now thanks to Jessica Sibley letting me know about the invisalign day at Balsam street's farmer's market. She was a great help in helping me understand a rough idea of what I would go through both physically and financially.

Staff was very efficient with their work, especially their radiologist in house that day.

I was able to get an appointment at Dr. Snow and find out about invisalign day because of Jessica Sibley who has a stall at the Farmer’s Market! She’s super informative and wonderful 🙂 It was kind of her to let me know the dates to save money overall for my braces since I’ve been having problems with jaw pain for a while and this was the push I needed to get checked. My partner was with me when I went for the appointment and Dr. Snow checked on him too! My coworkers were also able to squeeze appointments after my schedule because of Jessica’s help which was great. I’m excited to see the retainer journey since I’ve never had braces before 🙂

I got to say I was really satisfied with my visit. I didn’t wait long and I got seen within 15 minutes. The staff are so friendly and they are very patient with you when it comes to explaining the rubber bands. I’m allergic to latex and well I got rubber bands that are latex free which is wow. In all, I was happy with my visit today.

Be extremely cautious when beginning ANY orthodontic care, but especially cautious with Dr. Snow’s office! Learn from my mistake and DO NOT sign any financial agreement without waiting for your insurance to give you a “pre-determination of benefits”! This office is charging us $1000 over our insurance’s allowable amount for orthodontic care and I have to pay it because I already signed the agreement and doing so voids their contracted amount with the insurance company. So basically, I’d recommend shopping around and not only considering the quality of care your getting, but also if they’re way over charging you or not. I learned my lesson the hard way. I will definitely be looking elsewhere for the rest of my family’s future orthodontic care.

I would also add that the orthodontist currently working in this office barely says anything at all making it difficult to gauge quality of care. He could definitely work on his bedside manner. I’d be willing to pay a little extra to be treated by an amazing orthodontist, I’m just not sure our treatment is worth the extra $1000. Good luck!

I put both my girls and myself through braces/invisalign MANY years ago.
A lot has changed since I've last been here. The staff was wonderful, and the processes are even better. In less than 1/2 hour, everything was completed easily and painless. I pick up my retainer this afternoon, which is several weeks earlier than I'm used to.
I am absolutely delighted by the changes since I've last been here and recommend Dr. Snow and staff based on my recent experience this morning.

We love Dr. Snow and his amazing staff in Ridgecrest! Lexi and Lissy always treat my entire family so well. They’ve been great with communication and I always feel comfortable asking them questions.

Everyone at the office was great!! We showed up to our appointment they got us right in. No waiting!! We went over the treatment plans with Lissy everything was explained well for both of my kids. Our whole appointment went so smooth and we started treatment the same day!! Thanks to Brytanny for making my daughter feel so comfortable through the starting process. Very pleasant experience! Would definitely recommend this office for all your Ortho needs.

Typically this office is great at communicating, but they scheduled my child during a time they were off and rescheduled for 1 1/2 months out. Holidays are very busy so I still recommend this office, but was not impressed with their lack of communication recently.
